One of the third class experience with this Bank, charged unnecessary amounts, high intrest rate, fake facilities, no answers on customer questions, fake commitment with customer and many more........Hurry up guys, close ur loan fast with them. We have paid there amount but then also they are not help us to end there third class process.Given commitment to provide my property documents in 21 days but now after 31 days and still Im struggling to get my documents, front desk employees are giving only fake commitment.Shame on u guys.

Staff not came on timeBranch time is 10.00 am & staff came after 10.15am then attend to customer after 10 minutes
Having Multiple Branches across Mumbai.Their Pre Payments happen only in Bandra and Dahisar in western line and Thane in Central line.Even their Fort Branch which is a corporate office wont accept Principal pre payments. But they will accept Fixed Deposits
No any person picking up call , Verryyyyy verrrryyyyy Bad service and Front desk n Receptionist, they system also bad........verrryyy Careless attitude of Staff.
