Love the ambience! This place is always a buzz. Just on one of the busiest and happening shopping streets of Mumbai - the colaba market. You cant expect much about social distancing in Mumbai, specially if you are in on of the busiest markets. But still good to see some precautions taken here. Food is always delicious. Drinks, people ♥️. Amazing place to have some drinks and food after long and tiring shopping on colaba market. Just go for it!

This is among the oldest cafes in Mumbai, started in 1871.We visited this place on a Saturday afternoon and it was buzzing! The environment was great. Place was full with all tables occupied and short waiting time.We were attended immediately. Staff was cordial. And service was super fast.We ordered a few beers along with snacks.We also ordered a broccoli soup which was among the beat we ever had. We also paneer chilli and pizza combo which were great. They also have great pastries.This place is a must visit not just for historical value but for the vibe and food!It is worth every penny!

A Bombay classic, with a menu as wide as the ocean! Their Leopold Special pasta was creamy and cheesy with tangy olives. Also recommend their fish n chips and potato wedges. (Ask for mayo on the side, tastes like a garlic/ranch dip!)Conclusion- Need to go back and explore the menu!

Highly overrated place that might have been good before the 26/11 mumbai attacks. The place only lives on the hype now with below average and overpriced food. Beer and food lovers - head to cafe mondegar a few mtrs away near the regal cinema roundabout. Leopold either needs to reinvent themselves or soon fade away in the next few years. We ordered chilly paneer and it was nothing like a chilly paneer. Disappointed.

The place is always busy with patrons. Have visited this one multiple times. The dessert section is fastest moving. Burgers and pizzas are also awesome here. For groups of more than 12, it will be difficult here, anything less than that will have an amazing time here. Steaks are delicious. The menu is printed on the table. Spaces are optimised here. Keep up the good work team.

Its a antique place Opened in 1871 and you can walk to the Gateway of India. The most popular dishes are : Chicken Tikka but you can also try Chicken Lasooni its just awesome . It comes with 9 pieces of boneless chicken with green chutney. With this if you have a chilled beer in your hand then wahh. So chilled beer is also a must try. And dont forget to check for the dessert and you wouldnt get sad bcoz here comes the popular dish Blueberry Cheesecake

I found it good..wont say it would take you to the heaven of deliciousness 😜 but yes, it tasted good like any other masala pasta..I found nothing special as the name of the dish says!!One thing I noticed was, around 80% people were ordering main course.Overall, a nice cafe with nice location.

The best place for your brunch and early breakfast . They have those classic Irani vibes with some delicious food . I choose to have an cheese omelette with was served with a toast , Garlic bread was amazing crispy with those flavours of butter and garlic , also we did choose to have a grilled chicken and cheese sandwich which was so far really filling and served with some fries and salad .Overall this place is amazing definitely check this for some amazing food

Excellent Food.Quantity is huge for one person. A very wide menu starting from continental, oriental and Italian is available. I had grilled chicken sandwiches with finger chips,which was very filling. T Shirts of Leopold are available @ Rs 600.The bullet marks on the wall have been preserved. Also front glass of cafe, which is now covered from outside, are the grim reminders of that dark episode.Very nice ambience, where the old era charm has been preserved

The Cafe is built from an ancient time so it has its heritage.The cafe is famous for irani dishes like berry pulav, Keema pav, bun maska, chucken dhansak etc.It has lots of fusion items like fries, pizza, burgers, also the authentic mughlai cuisine is present.The must try dish the pastries, they are out of the world.The food over here is very expensive but is fine for once in a while.So its great place to visit once in a while

One of the most renowned cafes of the city of Mumbai, has a very old school, British-Indian feel to it entirely. The menu was both expansive and expensive. I ordered the cheesecake. It was horrible, really bad tasting. Not worth the 220 rupee price point. Giving the overall experience 3 stars because I wanna go there again and taste other (hopefully better) items.

I went there to see the cafe. It was attacked of 26/11 and yes..you can see one bullet mark on the mirror infront of the entrance after some 3-4 tables...in the corner.The place is too noisy and the order is always ready in 5 min. Taste is good..we ate pasta..some garlic break and had some beer.

A very busy cafe in the town part of Mumbai. Became more famous after the 2008 attacks. They have also so far have the bullets mark. Good menu options in terms of Chinese,Italian, snacks, cocktails and mocktails and bakery. Not very pricy but the waiting time is too long. The place is not very spacious with the ground floor having a wider area. Good crowd but as the tables are very close the privacy is bit less

Leopold cafe is one of the expensive and must visit place in Mumbai . The ambiance of the restaurant is beautiful . The drinks are also very cool and amazing . But , the cafe stinks a lot and the service is also very slow . This cafe is very expensive also . We had waited for 45 minutes for a bread and a sabji . You should visit this place whenever you have a lot of money and time .

Was in Bombay for a small vacation and this cafe was one of the to-do list for me. I had heard about the bullet marks still on the walls. After seeing the marks, felt bad for the place and felt proud to see the place strong and positive. This cafe is on the busy and cool streets of Colaba. Nice atmosphere inside. The folks here are very very friendly. The food is very good, we had ordered broccoli soup and a potato starter. Very tasty.

The food and hospitality is always top notch, whether you are dining in or taking away.One point I have reduced because last 2 visits I have felt spices used in seasoning fried chicken preps have not been fresh.

1) You get good Kheema Pav over here.2) Had tried the cafe leopold special chicken pasta , it was yummy , we had some fried sausages good as side.3) Akuhri is good in taste with pav.4) There a bar available drinks are bit expensive , I had tried ice tea it was nice.5) Parking is a pain you need to find place near by the lanes in the causeway.6) The Ambience is good , it has all flim quotes & photos(Loved the God father one).

I have been to this place thrice, but the recent visit was unpleasant. I went with my friends, and the order taking guy was not at all helpful, was talking as if he doesnt care about us sitting there. He wasnt suggesting and answering well. The Buffalo Steak was well cooked though. The crowd was full packed. The food isnt the top notch here. And minus points for the service!It felt like they dont care about their guests.

The food was overall good. The place was a little cramped up as many seats were arranged very close to each other. We arrived late to the restaurant and didnt get to enjoy much, we didnt order a lot as we were expecting to go someplace else afterwards but the portion per dish was more than sufficient for us (family of 3).

Quiet nice... situated in the heart of colaba causeway this vintage cafe serves some mouth watering food and drinks...the cafe is mostly crowded ...it has 2 sections Ac and non Ac...it was always famous landmark but it got huge popularity after the 26/11 attack in mumbai ...it was one of the place were terrorists open fired...the bullets marks on the wall can still be seen...we ordered chicken biryani ,mango juice and a beer.. everything was amazing but a bit pricy according to m...overall i will say you should give it a try

Leopold Cafe is one of the Oldest & Famous cafe in South Mumbai.The atmosphere here is so Lively and happy always, but, sometimes it feels like a fish market work lights of noise.The quality of food is good and quick with friendly staff. Here one can find so many foreign nationals under one roof.What I dont like here is that they dont have A/C & this makes the place hot n humid.The prices are a little on higher side & Credit Card machine is forever NOT working.

I think this is one of the most over rated restaurants. I gave this place 3 chances to wow me but seriously each time was just average. Today was the worst because of which i had to write a review. The 2 cocktails we ordered were just average and the lasooni kabab lacked any kind of lasooni flavours. The chicken just seemed like it was tossed on the grill and not shown any kind of love.. Glad we didnt order anything more. 2000+ rupees spent over disaster. Seriously felt like a waste of money.

This was my second time with friends on Christmas and it was awesome especially the ambience.The place is little crowded and also the tables are little congested in the first floor where AC was available.The food we ordered was perfect and tasted really good and healthy too.I loved the ambience as I have taken lots of pics to share here.

This is a must go cafe if you to south Mumbai because of its significance during the Mumbai attack time. Plus it’s a great joint for some nice beer or cafe. They still showcases those bullet wounds on the walls. There is an extensive menu however the Indian food came recommended and I’m glad I went. It is a busy place however wait time for a table didn’t take long at all. The food menu is a bit scarce but good enough! The food, drink and ambience all combine to give the guest/visitor a very different but essential experience!This is the place to have your lunch or snack in while shopping in Colaba. Loved the atmosphere. Every dish looked tempting. Staff was courteous and prompt. Lot of options to choose from. One of the oldest restaurants in Mumbai.Open long hours. A bit cramped but tolerable. All in all a very good experience and value for money.
