Had been to this place on an evening to see her after long. We had a great time. The ambience is warm & pleasant. Tried Sun-dried Tamota Basil Hummus with Pita Bread and Mushroom Toast. Ended it with a Oreo Shake & Frappe. We totally loved visiting here.

I have been to lower parel canto 50 times, the quality there is far superior but overall this is not much less. Great food and ambiance for family.

Actually we have entered this place thinking its some bar and restaurant.My friends wanted to booze. Food wise very very average. You easily get bookings on a Sunday as well. Quality of food is highly ok. Ambience is very good. Valet service is good. Right from nachos to quesadilla to pasta and pizza , the food seemed dry, lacked taste and needs reinventing. Service was slow but the waiters were helpful. Zomato pro discount is only available if you pay online on zomato app, not on cash payments.

The staff was very amicable and served quickly. Ive always been able to get a seat for 2+ people. Its got some really good chicken risotto and chocolate fondue. The ambience is also very pleasant. They have a bar section too and yes, they do serve Ginger Ale. The also have some amazing blueberry cheesecake and its very fresh. It melts in the mouth. The butterscotch dessert wasnt very nice so theyd have to improve on that. The seafood pizza was okay but the lamb pizza with sour cheese/cream was really yum.

All good besides the waiter who asked us at 9.15 to finish eating by 10 as bmc would come and fine them.Like we ate fast and left at 10 sharp but there were many others those who were still chilling.

I had given this 4 stars before the pandemic but I went there recently and quality has dropped.The taco shells were not crispy, the specials were more expensive that was on the menu.The margarita came with sugar on the glass instead of salt, the whisky sour was not that great.The dimsums were also very ok.Not sure what changed, but I hope.it goes back to the original.quality.Ambience is still good and its well priced.

Mushroom on toast is one of the best things we ever had.The Pesto pasta with white sauce took my heart. Also the mezze platter is a must try. I loved the way the grilled chicken was presented. To end with Strawberry milkshake was the cherry on the cake.

Awesome is the only word for canto. Have been here more then ten times. Its our go to place for neat clean tasty and flavoursome food. All dishes are so so flavoursome. Do try the aglio olio and pizzas and dont forget the cheesecake.

Canto Café & Bar is situated in the heart of Charni road, near Opera House. They serve the most luscious pizzas and spaghetti & their drinks menu is to die for. The Hebbie Jeebies and Musical Reggae can get anyone drunk in love with its enticing flavor. Here Average cost is Rs 1800 for two people & Rs 200 for a pint of beer. On Fridays they have unplugged night & on Saturdays they have Bollywood night. Be it any day of the week, just head to Canto Bar & café to unwind and chill.

Overall Experience was worthwhile. Expensive, maybe not. The food is delicious, and the serving is fancy. Our needs are attended with pleasure, and are humbly taken care of. They accept zomato gold, and have a pleasant environment to sit and enjoy food, while making memories.

The food is tasty and ambience is amazing and spacious. Their service is prompt. Had the pizza veg delight for the 4th time (my 4th visit to Canto). This place was on my list for a very long time. It has very Lovely interiors. If you are a cricket fan more over an IPL fan then you need to visit this place. The place has an amazing vibe that every person dining here would clearly enjoy.The creme brulee that I ordered for dessert was delicious. Perfectly sweet, one bite would easily melt in the mouth. Worth every penny. The Hakassan chicken pizza was really good. I really loved the place and surely would recommend people to come here and dine with their family.Courteous staff and good portions of food.

Loved the interiors, especially the large windows that let in sunlight. Definitely recommend all the pizzas, as well as the pesto pasta. The ice-teas are really fresh too. Service is great and the managers and waiters are very friendly. Note, they dont serve water right now, so youd need to order a bottle of mineral water for the table. Great place for brunch!

Its a decent place, the ambience and the food are just average.First we had the stuffed cigar recommended by the waiter but it was just average with lack of spice and cheese.Second up we had the stuffed polenta but again I felt it should have been more flavourful and spicy, they say it has jalepenos neither did I see it nor could I taste it.Next we had the pesto pasta which was recommended by many when I had read the reviews,they were just okay nothing extraordinary.The only thing I liked was the white wine.The ambience is decent but we were given a corner sofa and therefore the waiter would come after a long time. A bit annoying, not the waiters fault but they should keep more staff.Its ok to visit here once, sadly nothing would want me to revisit here.

This is a cafe located in South Mumbai near chowpati. Most important is the location on the corner of road giving views of surrounding area. Staff is little slow, but courteous and smiling. Pizza is awesome with perfect taste and flavours.

Canto Café was a lovely change especially after coming out of locko & going for a small celebration. Not many people around especially since it was a week day Good catering & good service too. Staff was warm and cordial. Actually felt like a café since it faces the main Street. The food portions were very good for the prices given. All in all It was worth it.

Having heard a lot about this place and being highly recommended - turned out to be a disappointing dinner.The first table offered was right under a direct AC draft and turned out to be too cold. Took long for the seats to be changed even though the restaurant was empty. (I understand reservations but existing customers are equally important).The new table quite small even for 2 people was wobbly. Dinner on that table was difficult.Drinks arrived late (we had already finished one starter) and one drink arrived before the other. Issues with the smoke machine meant we had an incomplete cocktail. Lamb tacos shocking portion size - just two. Taste wise quite good actually. Charmoula prawns - better in terms of portion size and well cooked. Chimichuri chicken tikka - the chicken was quite dry.Harissa chicken pizza - delicious.Overall the food and service didnt live up to the expectations.

Canto is located on the corner of a busy street and is pretty hard to miss even in all the traffic because of its blue facade. The styling on the facade and the interior decor is suave, classy, and elegant. The tables are well spaced out, and even the high chairs are quite comfortable. They have a pretty chic bar which is beautifully arranged in an old-school manner. The mirror-like frame of the bar adds to the already a la mode bar. The attendants were quite courteous and pleasantly behaved.We went there in the afternoon - read happy hours - and ordered a draft beer each. To my surprise, the bartender knew how to serve draft beer - contrary to most other places in town. He filled the beer in the mug so that the collar almost brimmed over - let it settle, and then filled the mug again until the brim - just the way it should be done. With beer, we also ordered poutine with shredded chicken and a margharita pizza with chicken. The poutine was great, the fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and even the sauces tasted delicious. The shredded chicken also went beautifully with the taste of the sauces in the poutine - although, I wish they would also have added barbeque sauce to the poutine. The margharita pizza was disappointing - it tasted as if it were a bit stale - the cheese seemed a bit chewy and even the crust wasnt very crisp.When we asked for the bill, the attendant asked us how the food was. When we mentioned that we didnt like the pizza very much, he was quick to offer a complimentary dessert. Although, the complimentary dessert doesnt make the pizza taste any better, but it was quite a gesture on their part - kudos for the service! We had the molten chocolate with vanilla - and it was indeed delectable - a must try here, if I dare say.

Located nearby marine drive this place has a chill vibe with good music. We had pizzas, bao, burgers which were excellent, very filling and tasty and the pizza was a regular thin crust. The service is quick. But the place was crowded as we visited on a Sunday evening. all in all a great place to visit with friends and chill.

I stopped in the middle of an afternoon with a few hours to kill. This is one of the best food and drink spots. Very relaxed atmosphere, modeled on the classic cosmopolitan style. They have a full food menu as well. Friendly and accommodating staff. Ill be back for sure.

Wed gone there for lunch - my first visit there. I must say I was super impressed with the service at the place - it might leave several 5-star hotels wanting. My 5-star rating is primarily for this reason.The food too was awesome, albeit the portions were not really big. The ambience is what youd expect from a place like this but didnt raise the bar in the sense that the service did.All in all, not a place for a value-diner. But otherwise a great place.
