Nice place for work ,resturant

Worst place they told me that its a work from home job for data entry and took 6600rs and aafter completion of work they told they will refund the amount with the salary they didnt gave me my money and blocked my contact by this i lost my hope on from from jobs and the amount was from my savings

Good clean area!! But theres a major issue of vehicle parking!! Both 2-4wheeler

Superb location. And building setup of this office space in bandra kurla complex, Mumbai. One is happy to see the professionalism and courtesy extended by the facilities team here. The design and deco is unique and trendy.

Nice place, traffic outside is high, good security. Can’t comment on parking and lots of open space.

Worst place for daily travel. Huge and never ending traffic. Too much polluted air. Even the two wheeler parking is not available, what a shame for such big infrastructure!!

LPQ is a great mutlipurpose hangout place. Love meeting friends over brunch or clients over Coffee...must try their Detox drinks and mint lemonade besides the open sandwiches

Its a very prime location for office space in BKC. Amenities, security and cleanliness is very good. Few restaurants and cafe also present for working staff and visitors. There are 5 buildings in total inside the complex (1 to 5 avenue). There is an upcoming mall coming up adjacent to the complex. Only issue is traffic and reaching the venue takes a lot of time specially if commuting by train (central and western suburbs - bandra and Kurla respectively). No parking available for outside vehicles. By road as well it takes alot of time. Traffic may ease due to a flyover construction (Sion-BKC link) but the upcoming mall will increase the traffic and parking there.

Excellent place and very good environment. Security is excellent and co operative.

Very first office premises on your right hand if you are entering BKC from Bandra end. You can get cab or auto quite easily just outside the building, although you may have to face typical attitude of auto drivers. Parking is available but it comes at a cost. 80 Rs a day to be precise. You also get gourmet restaurants like LPQ , NRI etc etc. And by no means theyre cheap.

Awesome project....peaceful ambience...many art models in each building...beautiful place to work in. I mean you will be happy if your work place is in Maker Maxity.

North Avenue in maker mairu is what houses the popular restaurant like LPQ and corporate offices of Bank of Novascotia and United Overseas Bank etc.
