As a reputed and high esteem builder ...5 yrs back he had been selected by an old society in presence of Goverment Registrar...till present day he is delaying his promise on draft copy of DA, every month it is put forward for one or other flimsy reasons.After passing of dp2034, he is not making any effort to redevelop the building other builders have already initiated process with other building in the areas. He should be communicating with the society about his inability in providing the same. He might have considered of all the scenario, when they selected him as he was committed to his projects 4yrs back.Still they have hope that he is interested in taking up the projects and complete the process as promised within stipulated time.

Come to train a client here. Im into Fitness and would have loved to train more people from this society as they have a well equipped gym too with a lot of space and a swimming pool. I do hydrotherapy (pool exercises) too, which is basically for people who have physical ailments or are highly overweight or want a change in the routine.

Guys if you ever get an opportunity to work for Mayfair never ever accept the offer. This is one of the worst place to work. The work culture is like a hell. Due to this many employees are resigning from their positions but in order to take revenge of those employees the management is holding their salary from many years. Additional to this there is a lady HR Head, she is no better than a goon who doesnt have any basic manners and uses rubbish language.

They are really what they communicate. Company who takes pride in keeping their words. Commitment is what everyone should learn from them.
