I had the worst experience ever. I had booked 2nd dose vaccination slot for my mom today through Cowin app and I received the appointment slip as well. After reaching the location, theyre like we dont have vaccines anymore, you need to come tomorrow. This is totally unacceptable since they are the ones who have opened their slots on the Cowin app and even that time there were plenty of slots open. If you dont have vaccines then just close the slots on the app rather than making people drive all the way till your location and wasting our precious time.

This is second time I took my father for an OPD. Considering its vaccination center, the management is a complete disaster. there is no social distancing . People are crowding upon counters with is closed to OPD . And this hospital charges 50 rs for every visit as a covid protection charges. Where is protection? Atleast provide seperate place for vaccination. It is purely a clutter.very disappointed by the service and management.

A good hospital for emergency in kannamwar nagar, but most of the staff here are lazy. Not recommended if youre in emergency at midnight because they dont provide immediate service and then tell you that they cannot handle the case and will ask you to shift the patient in some other hospitals.

Experience @ Shrusha - Vikhroli Only.Sisters - Monali - Farheen - Sanchita Salvi - Vishranti Aloskar are too good & based on trust factor i even used to go home at night.Doctor - Ashish Amrute - Prajakta in ICU is trust worthy in their treatment as well as in their approach to create positive Aura and will be recommended.OPD and Visiting Doctors are a big hit @ We were treated under Expert Doctor R K Modi who has delivered much better especially in case of Post Covid treatment.Ward Boys are far much better than maushis. - Vivek Jadhav & Anand Sutar.Food Quality Delivered is too good and even on time managed by Manager Agusty who specially come and ask the food taste - Dietican Ashwini creates a positive approach via her diet & routine talk with patients.Pharmacy - Horrible - Breathing exercise Spirometer which we get at Rs 150 on Amazon is sold on box MRP of Rs 750.I do think there needs to have some serious improvement in the process since it becomes difficult to find out who is doctor and sister most of the times - Please Avoid Burkha dresses which creates too much confusion.Lack of Physiotheraphy Doctors @ We have called but no one came in last 6 days in Gereral ward.No CCTV Camera - Even no CCTV in ICU - Be alert of your belongings in General ward - Cant comment about Twin Sharing rooms.I have even raised a concern about No RMO in General ward for almost 1.5 hrs.This hospital also Lacks MBBS ( just 1 ) Doctors so be alert on this.Even experienced a group of friends going together for dinner during their working hours.As of now @ Hospital is good and better atleast in Vikhroli compared to others @ just 3 years old - Expect more improvements further. - Recommended

I used the services of NM agency in this hospital. The staff is young, knows their work well and polite, except for the male lab technician collecting blood samples, whos a bit rough and impatient. Hospital is clean and in a very good location off the Eastern Express highest. Overall, a good experience.

Had worst experience. Staff doesnt have manner to talk. No dustbin around. Doctor interaction are worst.Third party insurance ppl are hopeless people. They didnt inform about the insurance was is claimed under cash less due to which pharmacy bills were paid. Ward boy or mausi are just to flaunt. Like ramp walk. No had wash in the washroom no towel given to patient. They need to improve.

Nice hospital but the doctor Rohit kamble dont even know how to deal with a patient...(instance with my new born baby). just to get money he make us stay at hospital for a day more ..they were not showing the blood test reports. when we ask for discharge he was not allowing only ... I take discharge and check with a different doctor and everything was fine....this @as.... need money as like other doctors in the hospital he is not getting enough patients . Please share with him not to make hospital a market or place to get money . You are still young and can work under an experienced doctor to gain knowledge and then make money....

Best hospital ever experienced in my entire life. All the nurse and other staff was perfect. The charges were the lowest in India. My son has a dengu In 12 June 2019 and was hospitalised for 5 days . The entire bill included medicine was 19800/- Even best food was served to the patients.

This is really big hospital constructed in vikroli east but its completely empty.. floors seems to be from haunted movies..there physiotherapy center was on 2nd floor and timings were from 10-6 but know they dont have full time physiotherapist so there physiotherapy department works only for 2 hours from 6pm to 8 pm..Biggest problem is there landline number comes as temporary out of service and if in case it gets connected then that female will transfer ur call to any random department without informing you..so when we hear the hold music that time youll understand that she has transfer the call..This hospital panel has good doctors but they possibly never visit it to understand whats going on..This is absolutely not affordable hospital..the bed charges are same as of Jupiter in Thane or Jaslok hospital in peddar road..They dont have cardiologist, neurologist visiting so these kind of patients needs to wait for days..Theyre only good for opd and physiotherapy..bcz physiotherapy is very cheap compared to anywhere..for rest services please dont visit this hospital..

From my experience , i visited Diagnostic care in Shushrusha hospital Vikhroli with my wife for maternity check up, about facility and instrument is up to date but about Staff behave and work is very rudely...not helpful staff, not given before idea about the test, so i am not satisfied with lab medical staff

Based on my experience, the staff is very much helpful, hygiene is at its best, all time cleaning hospital floors and every corner, OPD is open with the appointment, or without appointment you can get it , but will take time, billing and paper documents are amazingly managed, they accept cards and cash, no idea of UPI payments, is near from vikhroli station can get a auto rickshaw(94 ka auto) or a bus(394, 397 both) from vikhroli station, it has a medical in hospital where mostly all medicines are available, and card and cash payments are accepted here too, admit patient with different ward types, they will guide you and 24/7 patient service is served even in night, AC and non AC beds are available with other more options . STAFF IS MORE CO OPERATIVE AND HELPFUL !!!You can get a list of doctors, their specialization and timing, also the blood checkup is within the hospital with lots of services, general check ups are also held with some fees, you can check out more by calling!!!

They dont deserve single star also....such a big hospital and they dont have CT scan machine?....they are interested only in completing their targets.

I have rated this hospital only 2star due to pathetic experience which i faced while one of our relatives was hospitalized (excluding OPD).OPD isnt that problematic because hospital has honorable doctors, hence patients get good service only in OPD section.

We are trying contacting to hospital number which was provided in first visit now numbers are not valid to take further appointments of checkup of pregnancy ... Then tried contacted to doctors number which is available on Google but good response is not received from doctor... Even not provided hospitals correct contact number.... Dear all,I would like to inform you that, this is the worst hospital in the world ever I met.The hospital staff service is very insane and worst.Every staff giving self rating instructions to every visitor and acts like a hitman.Pharmacy department is just for the name, Nobel medical giving worst service and there is a totally monopoly. My sister was admitted and she had a headache, Dr. Gaitonde have advised to local doctor to give tablet to her. But, pharmacy department failed to provide that tablet. That insane pharmacist was giving us standard answer like tablet is coming soon , my sister was in pain from 5-6 hours. Finally, I have taken that tablet from another medical store.So my question is that if you dont have the medicines then why you people take the person on holding decision ?One more thing I would like to highlight that you cant visit with your childrens in the hospital when you are going to meet your patient.Think twice before you admit...

When I book my appointment that time beeling department made a consultation bill that I already paid after cunceltation done they make another bill for minor procedure but they did not informed me before procedure . Alist patients have to know how much they will paid for having before any kind of procedureand,that time I talk to hospital account manager they solved my query very pathetic way that account manager told me to remove that procedure what doctors already done after that only you will not paid for that procedure. Very badly responded that manager in this hospital manager doesnt have any knowledge how to treat patient correctly. and one thing no feedback form facilitates over their.Very poor hospital account management!🚫

This is a third class hospital. Doctors are not qualified and experienced enough to handle complicated cases like stroke or cardiac arrest. They dont have MRI facility, nor did they have full time Neuroogist. The neurologist visit hospita at midnight, that too once in three days.My father-in-law was admitted to this hospital in December 2018, after he suffered a brain stroke in the night. For many days doctors were clueless as to what exactly is the cause, and what is the line of treatment. The main consultant , physician, and other kept contradicting themselves. When MRI report came in the night, the resident doctor / MRO, didnt know or couldnt understand what it was. He only kept repeating, its pretty bad. The another MD doctor, kept saying he is improving. The consultant said, only miracles can save the patient and they dont have much hopes.Finally one sane visiting doctor told us that they can not manage this case and complications are beyond them.Therefore, we were forced to move the patient to another hospital and he is improving rapidly there.With regard to pricing, this hospital is also not cheap. They charge you as much as any big hospital and even with less money. Meanwhile the doctors kept doing multiple and expensive tests, taking our bill in lakhs.Please admit the patient in this hospital at your own risk.. We are repenting our decision to admit to this hospital.

Staff in ICU and Pathology is very rude. When we asked for reports at the time of discharge, they said come after one month. No one gives correct information about the test to be undertaken, when the reports are expected, when the doctors are expected. Sab ram bharose chal Raha he.The doctors timings are not fixed. They dont have many fukl timetime specialist with them. Even in the cases of brain stroke and others, they are not equiped to handle it.There is no urgency from doctors side, to respond quickly when test results come. They wait for main doxtdoc to arrive toll next day. The process takes long and tewatreat is elongated unnecessary.. avoid this hospital if you can.

I had a worse experience today when I took my twins kids to hospital for nobalisation . Due to rain I requested security to open gate for atto but he denied . I begged twice making him understand my situation but he said book ambulance. Security guard name is Sachin and this incedence is of tonight 10 pm . I urge for serious action against such people who dont even adopt fundamental responsibility

One of the worst experience, done a blood test for my mom wherein there were blood spills approx 3 times without getting any sample, this is the kind of experience they run with. Do not opt for this hospital, would even suggest Sion hospital but not this one.

Very unprofessional & inexperience doctors. There is no system to handle big cases.You yourself have to keep track of treatment given to patient. Two days after brain stroke, they didnt advice MRI. We had to convince them to do MRI- brain. Which ruled out brain-hemorrhage and clots.
