I got this hospital as my Vaccination Center for Covaxin... I would say this is the cleanest government hospital Ive seen, arrangements done for Vaccination were quite proper and staff was also Co-operative and friendly...even elders were treated in a good way...and nurses were also well trained...my overall experience was excellent..

Such a big place and an amazing hospital. Met Dr. Neha Gupta for hernia surgery of my relative. She explained everything properly and the surgery was smooth and was discharged in 2 days. Staff were helpful tooDr. Neha is fantastic in what she does. Absolute recommend.

Hospital is very good but it is overloaded. doctors appointment not given on phone . You must come hospital for whole day for taken doctor appointment and again come for treatment by doctor .Other state patient facing this problem every time even they with refer letter.Rudely behavior by PA at medical department.

I contacted hospital telephonically and asked for RTPCR test but they said they do for only BARC employee. While on google search it says that it conduct test for all. Dont know who is correct.

All protocols are followed, systematic, neat and clean place.

Some Doctors are good some arent. Your Treatment depends on which Doctor you are under. Staff needs to be a little more polite. Also take two three private opinion and dont depend on BARC hospital completely.

BARC Hospital is one of the top most worst Hospitals in Mumbai.Everyone is saying it has great infrastructure and cleanliness but what about Doctors and Nurses and Staff? They have kept RMO instead of experienced Doctors. RMO dont have much experience and they treat the patient according to their knowledge. And even senior doctors cant save patients who are in critical condition.And mark my words whoever are BARC employees please buy a health insurance for your family and get treatment in a Private Hospital and dont rely on BARC Hospital coz Doctors in BARC Hospital are not good.One of my friends dad (Senior Citizen) was in a critical condition and at BARC Hospital they kept him for 3 days and kept saying its a critical condition and he might die. Then luckily on 4th day they shifted him to one of the private hospital and there his dad started talking like a normal person after one day. And his health improved day by day. And at BARC hospital doctors were saying his health is not improving. What the hell BARC Doctors were doing for 3 cuffing days?If you cant save patients life then you are not eligible as a doctor.You should quit your job.First thing BARC Hospital should do is they should remove all RMO Doctors and get experienced and good doctors.If we have good doctors at BARC Hospital then there is no need of shifting patient to a private hospital for saving patients life.Second thing teach manners to the Nurses and ayas and doctors of BARC hospital how to talk and treat patient. Specially ayas and nurses. All are kaamchor. And rude. And for so many years there is no provision for angiography and Angioplasty and other big things. First of all they dont have experienced doctors so no question of angiography and angioplasty etc... I think they dont want to take experienced doctors. They just want to decrease population.

Bad hospital

Probably one of the best Government hospitals out there. The staff especially the nurses in the individual patient wards are exceptionally good, the doctors are really well trained and have been known to take critical decisions only after through examination.

Two stars because being a employee of barc you dont need to pay anything unless I should have given 1star..some doctors and staffs are really very rude and dont have any ethics! They will make a fun out of you,no sympathy towards the patient!..some are unable to provide proper guidance and you cant request them because they are least bothered about your problems..really very disappointed! Some doctors and sisters are good and professional but it depends on your destiny you can get their assistance or not.

A good hospital and medical, surgical OPD , pharmacy, imaging services for the BARC employees and CGHS members only. It is well maintained hospital with pleasant surroundings. The only problem that it has very less number of staff and doctors who are overloaded.

I experienced service of this hospital twice one for my tympanoplasty which was a good experience. And second my ligament surgery, which was good operated but the follow-up procedures were bad as they were doing some kind of favour to us. I kindly request ortho opd senior surgeons and residents to be kind to patients. We are not seeking free medical services. A part we pay for that. Yes and also the very senior matron of ward, you cant complain about the staff even aayas. Before we could they themself will complain against the patient once they realize it. 4 stars for ent but unfortunately 2 stars for ortho opd. Just a message being a patient, be kind for them and also have good attitude towards them.

Hospital good for cleanliness,all facilities are available at least to show off but worst government hospital I have seen still now. Employees there pay for CHSS facility (medical facility ) still they are treated as if they are availing free medical service.. So many cases of ill treatment still no one has tried to raise voice.. and if anyone raise n ask question his or her voice is shut up by rules n regulations .. HUGE politics even for treatments.. I feel pity for employees working there.

One among the many worse services, a pensioner can be rendered .Totally unprofessional .Absolutely no respect for the patients ( ex employees ) time .Dysfunctional and totally disorganised system . Rude and stiff necked staffs who do not give any proper guidance to patients as to how long should they be waiting for the next step. Pharmacy is another ordeal .... chaos ....Only good thing is we dont have to pay money or else its better left unsaid.There are no negative ratings or else that should be ideally given.

3 stars because doctors are good,facility is amzing and we dont have to pay anything in hospital as we are paying for CHSS .but most of the nurses and ayahs are pathetic.they dont respond to any query like how much waiting time,where to go next.i experienced depression in my first pregnancy because of the nurses there.they dont know how to handle patients sensitively.they kept blaming me for every problem i had.
