I booked veena samrajya palghar project December 2020,but i face some financial problems . i call mr.abhijeet chirankar to cancel my flat and refund my money but he say not refund your money.Please veena developers refund my money.Riyaz nabihusain Ansari

Complete mess....office premise feels like maachi (fish) market

I am one of the flat owner in the Project . However my overall experience with Developer has been frustrating as the quality of work done by Developer is shoddy and sub-standard as promised in the Broacher at the time of booking. Therefore had filed the complaint which is pending before mahaRERA alongwith other Buyers in the project.I have suffered following problems ( amongst other issues) in the said project from the Developer:- O.C for flat/s above 13th floor for all the wings has not been received till date as nearly 3 years have passed to handing over of the possession of the flats as committed by Developer in the Agreement for Sale of the the flat.- Developer had unilaterally collected/ demanded service Tax & MVAT on total cost of the flat in F.Y 2014-15 but did not pay the same to Govt and illegally demanded charging GST with interest due to not fault of mine.- Quality of Construction of Amenities have been compromised as promised in the Broacher.- Puzzle parking is in complete mess and cannot accommodate big SUVs/Vehicles.- Even property taxes for prior period (till receipt of part O.C) have not been paid by the Developer due to non completion of property assessment of the flats/project by MCGM.- Further Developer has been delaying forming of Society due to inventory of unsold flats and other financial reasons best known to the developer.I am totally dissatisfied with the Developer and therefore will not recommend buying unsold flat in Veena Serenity project due to reasons as stated above..

I am giving 4 stars to Veena developers. I must say they are one of the best real estate company. I have visited sites and also met some of the members of the sale and they explained to me about their company their project very patiently and very well. I visited some of their previous sites and talked to the people who live there, they are all very positive about veena developers and also recommended them to me :) :) :)

Really recommended who wants to buy home. Easy connectivity and appreciative amenities, and truly a good place to spend an ideal and quality life. I and my whole family are very eager to buy a home from Veena. Swimming pool, gardens, kids play area, gym and many more they are offering.Some are OC received project and Some projects are under an act of RERA. Its really the best real estate company I ever visited.

Its a scamthey take registration amount from you saying its refundable, and they dont refund it when u ask for it.specially would like to mention ankur the staff he change totally after paying the amt.

Very well designed, every corner. Everything made by keeping peoples need in mind. Also, some projects under RERA act and some are OC received that gives us one more reason to buy it and also very appreciative amenities and easy location. Really looking forward to buying it and also gonna recommend to my friends.

Very bad experience, booked flat in Apr’2017And possession taken over in Dec, And found no electricity in flat , upon checking noticed there was no meter, when went to the builder office and informed Mr Vaibhav Bahnushali who was dealing with me, he replied that he cannot do anything for that , i have to approach electricity office at Vasia near Agrawal I have spend 5000-/ for reconection of meter only and not transfer in my name , which builder has to do, Still in society builder had not paid the property tax to the government, and now coming to the flat owners to pay the amount, which is increasing by 2% as late payment charges. so if ur buying flat form Veena pls make sure properly of all mentions points or best to go with other builder This is my experience which i had face from them as NRE . thank u
