I have been to their office once as I had to meet one of my friends working here. Its a nice and relaxed atmosphere and good working culture as it seemed to me. Wouldnt comment on their policies or internal culture as I do not work here. It is an IT company providing banking base and payment gateways.

I have been working for 2.9 years as SE. HR policies & Management sucks badly. No work life balance. Not employee friendly at all. Perks and benefits depends on team but its average.Only good thing is, If you are new folk you will get chance to learn process flows & domain knowledge. I wouldnt recommend for techies or geeks to join this organization.

No work life balance at all.Saturday sunday is officially off but u have to come on every saturday and few sundays as well without any compnesatory off.
