They say A place is as good as the people that run it. In the case, its a great gym with wonderful staff. Especially, the head coach Sailendra Rane and Customer relations Wasim Sharif who have conceptualized and run the place very well respectively.The place is very spacious with international gym equipment like Hammer Strength. The place has a cold water jacuzzi which a cherry on the cake (at least for me). The place is extremely well kept and cleaned often.I would highly recommend this place to any international traveller because you will feel just like at home.😊

Great gym, niché crowd, helpful floor trainers, and the smell of lemon grass you get in the bathrooms of 5star hotels. Considering the price of the membership its upto the person whether theyre willing to shell out that kind of money for Vibes, but then again... If youre rich then this place is for you, though it depends on how rich were talking. But all in all I quite liked the experience. Made me wanna do more than I was interested in doing.

Best gym in Bandra(W). The trainers are super friendly and supportive, some of the well known Bollywood actors are also the members of the gym. But this gym is expensive, in other words this place is a heaven for Fitness Lovers but you need a deep pocket to get in...

One of the best gym in Mumbai. They also have the InBody 770 machine for full body composition analysis. Did some research and found that same machine is used in NASA as well. If you are serious about your exercise, join them.

By far the best gym youll ever go to, topped with kick ass trainers, a very scenic rooftop for sunrise yoga, functional training, etc., another indoor fitness studio, an excellent cafe, ice bath and a very positive vibe.
