I have done gym, aerobics ,power yoga, classical yoga,zumba etc. . But trust me Bliss the yoga studio has offered me everything under one roof with such effective change in my body.. rachna mam pays personal attention to all students which actually helps you build your stamina . Not only work out her knowledge in diet and nutrition is tremendous.. Joining her post C section was not easy since a mother undergoes many changes in her body. . But she made it seem so easy for me. I love her disciplined and to the point attitude .. I can never get bored to go to bliss ..Its like spending time with myself..Undoubtedly I can recommend this to any age group with any ortho or body issues since she ll see to it that u get over all the illnesses..

BLISS has really been a blissful experience for me till now... m really a lazy person But its been 2 mnths i hav joined Bliss studio... n I enjoy goin to bliss bcoz of d workout patterns n even fun moments by Rachana mam. She is really knowledgable wit workouts n dance n diets. She even makes sure tat every one does exercises perfectly n pays personal attention to every single lady according to their age group. Today was d superr sessions , it really build up our confidenceU get to learn everything under one roof workouts dance even diets n even celebrating certain Days wit a pocket friendly fee😜I recommend all ladies to join Bliss studioIt ll really develope ur personality 👍
