I made a purchase of a bag from the outlet esbeda in bandra. Linking road while doing the payment the concern cashier who was on desk asked me that do I want a carry bag I responded to him ofcourse u wont give the bag to me in my hand right so he told me that the carry bag will charge u 20 rs more I mean seriously a well known brand name embeda is charging the customer for carry bag well customer will purchase a bag will the take the bag. Fooling and charging people like that is of no use like that 20 rs is not a big amount but this is abrupt nonsense and charging customer for non sense sharing a bill for your reference

They have good collection and are also running offers. Billing process is quick as well.

I m not a big purses shopper. They do have good collection but not as per my likings. And I know its kind of low cost brand but ladies please respect the products. As wherever I visited Esbeda I have always saw people throwing purses anywhere after they checking out. Sometimes even stamping on then when there is a sell.

I have bought a laptop bag yesterday . On reaching home at night realized that the sling is missing. Also realized that the bag got extremely heavy after putting in all of my stuff and it was impossible to carry.Requested the store manager to give me the sling, which they are willing too, however also requested to change the bag in exchange of another bag that I am willing to buy, however they refuse to do so. They asked me to call the head office and check about this however they kept me on hold for good 15 mins and then disconnected and now the number is out of service.I think some understanding of the customer situation is required to solve a problem, rather than just being told that it is a policy. The bag is of no use to me given the weight and I would have expected atleast the benefit to exchange it for something Ill be able to use.

This Esbeda is Indian brand , made in India, limited stocks, here you get variety in purse, sling, laptop bag, traveling bag, wallet, wrist watch, gift set belts, and other leather items. good store, at main Khar-west area , on Linking road near by regal shoe showroom. Easily vissible from main road. No parking here, one has to park near by, good collection good display, prise are high if its Indian making , than prise should be cheaper than other brands.
