One of the few Hardcore gym facility available in chembur.All trainers are certified and the management is good.

Gym is good wrt to the facilities and equipments. However, the trainers help only if asked. This was not the case few years back, they stood next to you always guiding you. So this means it has become just like any other gym around.

M a member since past 9 plus years. HV some good friends der so stayed back.. the Acs either are not functioning or nit switched on til you ask them to... Which is very strange. The trainers are more into PT.. other times they either chat among themselves or with members or admire themselves in the mirror 😉High time the management looks into this

Af-10 is one of the best and old gym in Chembur. The trainers are really helpful and approchable. Do come and join it to have a best experience in your daily workout.

Had I been writing this 2 months back, I would have given the gym 4 stars but now I cannot give more than 2 stars. The AC in the cardio room does not work properly and with the summers starting its going to be horrible. The AC in one of the weight rooms also doesnt work. The standard of AF 10 has dropped drastically.

Very experienced staff and a well-maintained gym overall. They span 2 floors - one for cardio and the changing rooms and another for the weight training. Recently started zumba and active fitness on a third floor. Well worth your money.

The best gym in Chembur.12.5k annual pricing makes it a local favorite. Hence, the gym seems pretty crowded most of the time.Their equipment is quite good, mostly Startrac and Technogym. They maintain it pretty well too.Their trainers gave me good advice during the free sessions. Havent tried a monthly personal training option.Basically ymmv, but for the price its awesome.

I would not recommend this gym to anyone. The gym is very dirty and some of the trainers are barberic, going to the extent of threatening a customer. You will have a HORRIBLE experience here, I would recommend The Gym which is practically the same price plus it is 24 hours.

Awesome gym but pathetic instructors (current ones) few old ones are still very good but wit such good gym and equipment but almost no support from trainers .. this place has become boring
