Mahindra splendor tower is located in bhandup.and its a really nice residency to live.

Good place to stay in Bhandup. The security services are good and the society comes together to celebrate various festivals. I stayed in one of the flats for two weeks at a friends place and it was comfortable. There is gym and pool too. I have added some pictures and videos of the Lohri celebrations of 2019.

Well maintained and gated housing complex . Has club house and a/c gym. 3 bhk flats.

Self contained, extended walking area, nearer to station, not congested, very scenic hill view on one side and creek view on the other side, well maintained.

Very secure and serene place to live. Well maintained gardens and gym facilities. Breezy all year round, with ample space for walking. Very helpful people and located conveniently near the railway station.

Stayed on rent for close to 4 years.Positives about the society1) the flat sizes are large with large dey area and offers good view of the eastern highway on one side and hill side on the other side.2) the building offers a very large podium area full of well maintained gardens , playing area , walking track (700m) , good size swimming pool, clubhouse and gym. Offers excellent leisure areas for its residents .3) society conducts lots of cultural activities throughout the year.4) the front area of the building lies a defunct factory and hence offers open view in front of the building5) safety and security is well maintained and enforced.6) offers good parking covered areas for all cars even for visitorsNegatives1) construction quality is average2) floor lobby areas are very small3) east facing flats have great views but constant noise from passing trains throughout day and night . Unless you have a good sound proof windows installed.4)flats in north west facing buildings ( a, b and c) don’t have adequate sunlight.

One of the finest project to stay,rent,live..nearby to major stations like kanjurmarg,bhandup,mulund

Its a gated community, seems to be well organised as the security were responsive and the community had athletic meet for the children, the day I visited.

Splendour Tower by Mahindra Lifespace, is located near Bhandup West, Mumbai,. There are 487 units of 2 and 3 BHK of size 1486 to 1624sq. ft. respectively. Amenities available swimming pool, gymnasium, children’s play area, jogging track, club house, landscaped gardens, amphitheatre, meditation area, party lawn, and tennis court. With neighboring areas being Powai, Matunga, Kanjurmarg, Vikhroli etc and located also on the LBS marg. There are many top builders with grand offerrings lining up the LBS road hence the place is fast becoming an upmarket area. The proposed Line 4 of the Mumbai Metro would have two metro stations at Bhandup which are quite near to the property. The Metro construction is in full swing.

This is a well planned residence built by Mahindra Housing. Very nice ambience and nicely laid out residences in 2bhk, 21/2 bhk, 3 bhk homes.Enough greenery and pathways make this place absolutely informal, homely and away from din of work front.Close to Agra Road, EEH, Bhandup Station. Beautiful skyline and panoramic view is availableThe Club house is very comforting and provides for private parties as well.Overall, a very preferred Residence

A relatively new complex... certainly has a lot if amenities...jus tht its v close to the railway tracks...the train sounds every now and then keep reminding you of the same....plus the lane to rch is not the most populated...most ppl taking exits drive the wrong way to get on the lbs and tht is rather unsafe....
