One of the worst clubs in MUMBAI and worst customer services. I have been affiliated member with this club since last 10-12 years.I have gone through many problems. At the moment, gym is very bad state. No A/c working and the gym is in basement. It feel suffocated and the management does take any initiative on this. Even after continuous complaints from many members, country club has no plans to take it better. Dumbells, machine and rest many other accessories are even worst than its expiry.If you are going for a holiday from county club, please make sure of charges and your booking because country club confirmation of charges and booking and the actual booking has difference. I have been to Nashik last week and I requested for a extra bed. Country club confirmed me rs 500/- for extra bed for their nashik holiday. When i arrived at hotel, they asked for rs 800/- as extra person charges and also i was not given an extra bed. Infact they ask the person to sleep on sofa and also charged me rs 800/- per night.Country club are very unprofessional and in last 10- 12 years they have not been even tired to improve.Specially country club Kandivali is at worst state. Also they should start with non veg menu in all the restaurant of the club, just like Andheri club.

Membership is for nominal charges and at Kandivali club people are not ask for any membership. So expect non members enjoying same as paid members.Swimming pool is not working now as per government guidance but when it was working that time always crowded with outsiders.Sometime I feel why I am paying membership fees!!!! When outsiders are enjoying same...!!!Dialogue of 3 idiots is true, school me padhne ke liye uniform chahiye 😂I never found anyone asking for membership ID...!!!Last visit I asked guy to add my entry when I was exiting.....

The Club is in Very bad condition especially gym.There is too much hot atmosphere in Gym as none of the air conditioner is working properly. It feels saffocated while working out and inspite of complaining about the condition to the management no action has been taken. A member got fainted in the gym because of this problem. Such a disgraceful management !!Need to work on solving this problem.

Its a good property. They are renovating big time. Got their lifetime membership for 35k.

As of now only gym and squash room is working but the condition of gym is very poor no maintenance at all non of the ac works properly and when i visited over there after covid the guy sitting out there asked for renewal of membership which costs about 13k i mean only for poor gym and squash they charge 13k no covid extention nothing

This Hall was visited for the Haldi function of our relative..Its a nice place for small & big functions within ur budjet..Also its a bit aloof from the rushed suburbs & parking is easily available..Food is not up to the mark🙄which is expected by the Guests..Services r good..& it being a Club..people & members come for Swimming & also in the Bar for Drinks..Comfortable for the near by public & their functions🙏👍😎

Six cardio in gym only 2 is working , there is 2 trainers no once is helping in GYM training,Only one AC is working

Great club for gyming ,swimming ,playing games like cricket ,tennis and other indoor games.The food service is not that great .There is a beautiful lawn where parties or weddings are conducted .

If you are at swimming pool lover, this is the best place as the pool is very deep, otherwise from a clubbing perspective this place is average.

If you want to waste your money its the best option. This place is a perfect one to do so. As there is nothing to appreciate about this place. There is no proper maintenance of the things this club owns. The management is one of the worst thing of the place. Even after 5 months of unlock they dont have any plan of reopening the club, just clueless about their present members. You will regret a lot after becoming the member of club.

Club is having huge 16 feet deep swimming pool, long tennis court, squosh, Table tennis, Badminton court, snooker - pool, carrom, Gym, steam, sauna facility.- ProAll Family Members Birthday & anniversary celebration at club where they provide free Cake & cold drinks.Swimming is pretty big & has diving board too.- ConsMembers guest have paid entry who used to come for your birthday celebration at their restaurant that looks funny.Bad service for most of their clubs & resorts...Badminton court access is paid for members too.Lots of hidden stuff which you will get to know after getting membership so make sure you ask some other members about charges & conditions for your holidays vacations booking.AMC charges are not worth paying in front of club maintenance & service.Overall: If you are happy with what facility they have or they provide coz you will not get good service from staff or management or booking department too until unless you do room booking at your own from their app.

Club needs major renovations.. construction quality is extremely poor and facilities are also not up to date. Take membership only if you have extra disposable income..

Firstly not received any membership card and not provide any service at required time. Secondly request for money refund accepted the request but till now no refund. It has completed 4yrs. They are going fraud. They tell peoples about they propertys and membership amount which is low but at the time of service they Dein from all the services. I want my money refund. Even when we call for refund information account person dont give any information only tell you refund is in process.

It is in a run down condition. The ACs do not work. The staff are absolutely clueless or do not bother at all.. The premises is not kept well. I wud not step into it again.

Best place for spending quality time with family and friends together.Great services altogether and staff and management are very helpful and supportive.They provide various recreational,sport, and fitness activities in their club.Swimming pool is well maintained cleaned and crystal clear water.Table tennis,lawn tennis,squash, badminton are also there.There is also a gym and health club which is great.Totally worth the cost and would greatly recommend it.

Cheating couples by luring them in as lucky draw winners, and then insulting them.Thats what country club is all about.The sales representative was extremely rude and started making personal remarks, all because we did not seem interested in his product.Vouchers for country club are sold under SPRING CLUB, in prominent shopping malls like Reliance.They say cheesy words like you have won 5 gifts as our lucky draw winner. Just come and let us explain the process, but when you attend the centre you realise there is no spring club. And thereafter the whole experience gets horrific.I personally advice you to stay awake from country club and such Marketing gimmicks created only to insult and make you feel inferior.

Country club is not bad. They lack in cleanliness and hygienic conditions. I’ve been there it doesn’t feel like club. No proper facilities for the members. Otherwise it’s good they got a huge amount of space and ground. So make use of it.

It Is Perfect Value For Money...The Only Down Point Is That Service At The Hotel Is Very Slow....This Club Is Closed On Mondays...Though Restaurant Is Open Everyday... They Even Have A Bar (Im Sorry I Have No Info About It Since Im Never Been There... I Aint Old Enough To Be Allowed Inside)... The Restaurant Also Celebrates The Birthdays/Anniversaries Of All Members.... They Call To Confirm About Complimentary Cake And Cold Drinks (SOFT)... Overall An Awesome Experience.... Need improvement in MAINTAINANCE and cleanliness

My sister got married here. The rooms allotted to us for dressing, changing and storing our bags had the following problems. The toilet door wasnt closable in one of the rooms. The ACs were not working. And the doors had no locks. So we had to purchase our own locks. Also on the wedding ground, there was no clear indication for way to washrooms. They turned off the lights too soon. The vidai process hadnt even started yet. We had to inform them to start all the lights again. But I give three stars for the decorations, the entrance of the married couple(can be seen in the pics and videos) before reception and the food service. Overall, I would recommend this venue to be used as a place for wedding ceremonies but before you book any service make sure you check the above mentioned problems.

Its a fine club.Swimming pool is just fine but depth is awesome.The only swimming pool which I know is 16 feet deep is this one.

I have nothing to say about the place. Good property poorly maintained. Gym equipments are damaged. Gym instructors are busy only with a set of people. Expect no help from anyone. You can find cob web in restaurant with fans loaded with dust. Politeness has not even touched their staff. Promises they make with be valid only till you take membership. One you are in they will not bother to honor the promises. Overall.... Managed very versatile poorly.....

Its a membership club basically for middle class families. It could well do with cleaner and well maintained toilets. Its facilities are of low quality and spaces are cramped.

Place is getting better then before. However do not come in the talks of people. If possible get every communication in black and white. I have been writing for over a year now and not a single reply to it. even if I received a response , its like running around the bush.If they are giving discount ask them to write it or else after taking the membership they will show outstanding which has happend with me.

Many members are here, but still the club is big enough to accommodate them. Some of facilities here are -1. Swimming pool - Extremely big. Highest depth 18 feet, three levels for jumping, childrens pool also available2. Indoor badminton court - nominal charges to reserve them3. Well equipped Gym with trainers round the clock4. Lawn tennis court5. Steam and Sauna bath available6. Squash - two courts

Good club. The amenities are standard.the restaurant is a weak point for the club. The pool is okay. The gym is okay. The amenities need proper maintenance.

The place is really big but access is a problem from SV Road .Ill talk about the facilities that are available here .1)Swimming pool : At entrance you see a big swimming pool, the pool timings are good and it shouldnt hamper your timings for most parts .2)There is a Gym on the underground level , its a big place with every gym equipment that can be useful to you . There are thermal steam baths as well as normal bathrooms near the gyms entrance . There are seperate bathrooms and steam for men and women3) Cricket area and Tennis area are well maintained with good kits4) Indoor badminton Court is a well furnished and well lit area .5) indoor games section is on the first floor and its well equippedHowever , be very careful while getting your passes . Do not take pass from any unauthorized identity as there are chances you may be scammed . However the infrastructure could do with some upgradation and the rates do not coreate with the quality of infrastructure . How ever you should visit here first before making a decision .

I Bharat Gosar premium member of country club vacation Kandivali wanted to book room in pondicherry for 1 night,So when I called for the booking, they didnt answer instead they didnt even pick my call, Im totally disappointed by taking this membership,The person named Neha working under country club of kandivali said she will call me for the confirmation of pondicherry room booking now its been 15 days and more she didnt even call me neither followed me for the booking, being a premium memberSo a week before I was flying I called again to ask did my room got booked? She said call me in evening, totally disappointed with the service!!My money got wasted by taking membership in country club / vacation being the premium member of this club.!

Its a great place that has gym, squash, badminton and tennis courts along with swimming pool. Has a decent restaurant. Could do with an improved quality of the sports courts. The annual membership is worth it if you are planning to use it regularly which is difficult to do considering its obscure locations difficult to access with public transportation

You have to be member or guest of member. There are swimming pool, indoor and outdoor games facilities. There is restaurant & bar. There are 3 halls with different capacities. There is a ground also in which Navratri celebration is done. Members can hire these halls & ground for their functions.

I have taken Ultimate Membership paid all charges instantly one year before with membership number ccmu1ultclub30lrus72. My holidays show utility charges which have to be free as per Ultimate Membership. When I called admin head office, they have no authority to changes and follow up with sales team. Its pathetic people have trouble me. Now its still one year where I cant go on holidays.

I have recently taken membership with just for two main reason that they are economical compared to other clubs and they have a good connectivity across India. I am based in Mumbai and taken a membership in Kandivali CC, but honestly speaking they require a lot of maintenance work to be done with a lot of cleaning in the pool and over all as well. Though they said that after monsoon they are going to get the work done. They have all these tennis court, squash room, badminton court, table tennis, carrom Board, billiards, gym, restaurant, bar, banquet, lawn for function and private use as well. But lot many things require upgrade, hopefully if they get it managed then it will be a good club in Kandivali of course not comparable to MCA.

We come for enquiries for club membership but we disappointed. Mr. Akhter khan who is employee of kandiwali property he is very bad for talking.First time we went for enquiriy but his behavior is very bad.I strongly suggested that dont go with county club and this totally fraud.

Went to country club kandivali had a very poor experience. The staff line manager Mr Prakash Verma took advance from us. We also filed for refund application. Now the employee is not answering the calls. After several visits to kandivali branch, they convinced me that my application has been forwarded and approval for refund has also been processed. It will take 7 days for further process. It has been more then two months now am continuously following up for my refund but am not receiving any response. Now I can imagine and am very happy that I havent opted for the package to become a member of country club and country vacations. I can imagine if the companies services are such poor then while booking for a hotel or going on a family vacation these services will be for sure the poorest. Such things are happening in a reputed company receiving referrals letter from service and hospitality industry, Country club also holds a record in limca books, I bet that they have purchased it by bribing. I too belong from service industry in which customers are God and we need to provide them with the bestest services. My experience with this was not also satisfactory because I feel like I have cheated. This is a fraud and cheat company. I am a member of this club since 2014. So far it is great.

Very nice place with swimming pool, badminton, squash, tennis courts and an excellent vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurant. Membership fees are reasonable too.
