It was a good stay but room was not cleaned , staff was supportive, bedsheet was not cleaned, TV was not working properly. but overall a decent stay.

Location wise its excellent, easy availability of transport , basic amenities are available. Good eateries are around there. But the hotel rooms and bathrooms need regular maintenance. Wifi is bit problematic at times. Rest its good for 2-3 days stay if travelling for work or going solo.

Cheap price I got room in 800 without AC and service was not up to mark also water not in tank when I want to take bath in morning they offer me to used staff bathroom I was in hurry so I used it.

It was quite a good experience staying at Planet plaza. Location is superb. 200 mtrs from metro station.Staff behavior is nice. Admin/ Manager is very Cooperative.

Basic amenities for an over night stay. We were 3 adult gents and the biggest room was small for us with a mattress on the floor. The room was not clean for family standard. There is open parking on the road in front of the hotel. The area very congested with many restaurants nearly. Ok for an overnight stay in an area close to the airport. Dont expect too much.

Hotel planet plaza is a nice budget hotel, great location. Hotel is located just below Airport Metro Station. So great connectivity with the City. Room was well maintained and clean as well. This is not a hotel they convert there residence in to a hotel. They dont have a chair if guest come to meet,and they specified 3Star Hotel.

Average stay.They didnt provide us with good bed sheets and they even denied to change them.Location wise its very good metro station is within walking distance.while booking they agreed to give us early checkin but while arriving they told there are no empty room though they gave us 1 hr early check-in

Clean rooms with modern design. The room was very reasonably priced. The location of the hotel was brilliant. We always had transport willingly available to us from the resort. The layout of the room was perfect. Breakfast consist on white bread with butter and coffee/the. I would stay here again for sure.

The design of the hotel is quite cool. The location turned out to be perfect. Could not find much to do in the evenings in the locality. The room did not have very good insulation from outside noises. Very small rooms. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner.

HorribleRoom was very tiny and packed, you cannot breath properly inside the room, bed spread was stinking. I would recommend any other hotel on the same same budget range.There are many near to the airport. Please avoid this hotel .Breakfast which they offer is only bread and omelette, not even butter along with it.Hotel front desk people are rude.I booked my deluxe category room and the hotel offered me executive room with twin bed, it had hardly any space to enter into the room,that packed it was.If you dont trust me experience it by yourself.Only advantage for me was my office was 4 minutes walkable distance from this property.

Very bad stay that was... first of all i booked a delux room and paid 400 extra than executive room for it. there delux room was terrible. it was like a,small 8x8 cubical. washroom was very uncomfortable. at night 2 am i found cockroches on bed. i called the manager in my room he shifted me to another roommy new room was even terrible there were many cockroches in toilet commod in the next morning i asked them that what is in the complimentry brekfast they handed me three pieces of toasts and a cup of teai instantly checked out and shifted.. i am a frequent traveller and i will give you a suggession if you are going to a long trip never book your whole trip in advance always book accomodation for one day if you feel comfortable there than book for next days otherwise you can check in to another room

Hotel with poor condition,toilet washroom dont have water

Only good think is that it is clean. This how it looks from outside. Even inside the room is so small that only 2 single cot beds can be kept. The bathroom is also tiny including the washbasin, It is so small that even our hands dont fit in the basin.

Very poor hotel. wastage of money. worst experience as when we booked we think it may be good but when we reached hotel firstly the location is very bad and then hotel doesnt look like a hotel it is so small and just like a logged. rooms were so dirty and smelling so bad bcoz of monsoons and in ceilings they put taps bcoz of leakage when we see we all were shocked. Bedsheets are also so dirty as I dont think they put them in loundry I think they washed themselves. as you all can see in the picture attached bedsheet are shaky. and one more think as we already mentioned we were 3 and booked room for 3 but rooms are so small and bed was also so small. when we ask the lady she said 3rd person need to sleep on matrix. how it can be possible if we booked hotel and go somewhere to enjoy we need to sleep on the floor. staff is also not good. worst experience.

It is good budget hotel near Airport Road metro station. All staff behaviour is good.

Arrived at 4am from the airport after the shuttle that was promised failed to arrive. A man who was sleeping in reception answered the door without a shirt on and didnt say a word to us. This place is in a dodgy neighbourhood and this is the only night Ive ever felt unsafe travelling in India. The bed sheets were unclean, the wifi didnt work, the staff didnt speak a word of English and were generally unfriendly. From one fellow Traveller to another, I would strongly advise against staying here.

I had been to this hotel for one night. Room was clean, bed was clean, AC, TV & Geyser was working in a proper condition.

It was a terrible experience , arrived there after midnight ..at first i couldnt recognize the hotel as it looks different in reality from how it looks in pics ! Door was locked with a padlock ! When i knocked the door, a topless man opened ...he let me in without saying a word and without a smile ! The room that he gave me was small and smelly ...the window wasnt openable ..the beds were smelly and dirty ...staff didnt speak any English ...breakfast was terrible ! And one more shocking thing is that at night when i switch off the lights , all electric sockets become off as well ...so i had to keep the lights on to be able to charge my mobile phone !Only good thing about this hotel is being five mins driving from the airport.

Clean room but no airport shuttle as they promote, the water pressure was not enough to deliver shower although hot water was there. People working in the reception can be rude and not speak good English. Bad AC system in the room and noisy room downstairs because the reception area is noisy at times. Fortunately, when I asked for another room, they were not able to offer but at least quietened down a little. I don’t recommend this place for the price (1500 rs.)

All old pictures, hotel is expectedly too small with mini and smelly rooms.Unchanged bed sheets and used towels,was a pathetic experience of 1 night.Cancelled my stay and checked in to an another hotel.

This was **** ever I had so rud staff, paid highest amount to have room for 3 people even though i spoke on phone before had booked the room those... did not provide the sepret bed for 4 year child had to sleep on floor ,phone service of room was dead AC was kept switch off had to asked at early morning to make it working breakfast was not provide had to make request to have but was replied by bubs that u must let us know if you want to have , **** omelet and bread & butter hot drinks are unacceptable bathroom had not hot water used cold to have bath not even have good ventilation if you open the window literally onions smell comes in room can not walk nor posible to go out in night as the door does keep close consequences not have security guard if you try to get in hotel in day your walcome with died fish smell very busy area loudy noise always around u.Check in time or check out no single staff happy to help you when had asked got reply that how do we know that you need help always argument with custome for... we do not get money what you have paid ...  denied to provide airport drop off to say that you have lots luggage we do not able to do this made request to refund did Rs300 after paid more then that manage to book my self with onley Rs230 rupee .Do not want to go in that hell .it is not hotel just wall of ****.Have witten this onley to help who was look for services what they paid for . please do not go if you wish to stay with peace of mind thanks .

I think this hotel is worthless to book. No daily room cleaning, only one type of breakfast i.e bread butter or bread omlet which is not one complete bread in meal, room spaces is insufficient, bed sheets and blanket were in wrost condition. Also area is not good for family. I suggest all not to go for this hotel.
