I am regular at other decathlon stores but it was my first time at this store. Found the staff very nice and friendly. Additionally they knew the products well which was amazing. Like all stores, the products are well displayed.The staff also were keeping a tab on queue during payment and diverting very well.If by any chance the store is reading this: Add more variety in Knife section. I already have bought all 3 knife.

Probably the best decathlon in Mumbai. Its pretty huge considering its inside the R city mall. Variety of products available here and also you can pre book and collect it from here. The staff is well informed and is helpful. Pricing is a bit high but products are awesome.

Absolutely lovely experience buying from Decathlon. Ms Priya Pandey really helped coordinate and assist through throughout the whole purchase. I bought 2dumbells of 5k each for the total of 2200rs of high grade quality with rubber coating. And all of this Priya helped me coordinate over a phone call. The experience was absolutely flawless. The store has multiple different options from shoes, to bags, to bottles, coming equipment, to anything related to sports and fitness. It has a really wide range and variety for a lot of high grade equipments. The team was caring enough to bring down the product so that my guy could pick it up. They dont respect the customer.. We try to tell them our problem then they say something else.We wanted to exchange a shoe which they did not accept... They should not keep 2 year warranty because they just say and dont return when it is valid.. I trusted decathlon and advised my family members and friends to visit and check but when my uncle brought from here he was very disappointed and had an argument with the manager even then he did not agree..Thank you

All Sports equipments and Daily Casual wear at an affordable and reasonable price. Must visit as an alternative to Big Bazaar and Max for some casual & Sports wear. Very Friendly, educated and helping staffs at this supermarket. You can also visit for some fun too and they have so much to offer at a price that you will never come empty hand from this store. The best sport showroom I have ever visit. This is the place for the gear of any sport activity like trekking, highking, cricket, tennis, swimming, football, gym, carrom etc. one will get anything they want. The store is really huge. The staff is professional as they speak fluent English and they have knowledge of every single product of decathlon so they could tell you about the product in detail. The t-shirts, and track pants, shoes are really good. I’ve buy shoes from there and I really loved it. Price is worth of it. Tent is there if one is thinking to grab one. Store is just the best. One should really visit once. I’m definitely sure that you can’t escape from there easily. People usually spend 1 to 2 hours. But it is very long from Ghatkopar station. One have to take auto from Ghatkopar West. Sharing auto charge 20 per head. And there is no restroom inside the store as it is there outside so.

I visited Decathlon with my husband nearly after 6 months due to Covid19 . I was pleased to see things change for the better. All precautionary measures were taken to keep corona virus at bay. The staff asked us to download the app for the store . I generally purchase my gym outfits from them. This time , I went to purchase some outfits for my teenager. I was happy to find good t-shirts and leggings available with nice colours and size. Many staff members came up to help me with the size and the discounts available on the products. Finally at the check-out counter , a lovely lady helped us to get the billing done by scanning the bar codes of the items on the app on my phone. It was hassle -free and convenient at these times. No exchange of cards and bills . I paid using google pay and It was done very quickly. Thankyou Decathlon for providing a good solution in these Covid days.

Decathlon is always been my favorite. The decathlon sport complex at R city mall is also amazing. They have lots of stuff in stock there. And staff is friendly as at most of the decathlons around. But they dont have any play area outside the decathlon there as most of other decathlon i went to because i didnt seen any there.

Love the place. However latest policy of mandatorily downloading app for making card payment is not customer friendly at all. I do not understand why they are indirectly insisting on cash payment..makes you suspicious if they are evading taxes

Really sorry to see staff members trying to force people to download the app, please do not give the sad excuse of saying this is to encourage contactless transaction, as the second option was to pay by cash.I have been a loyal decathlon customer and this is the first time I have seen the management try to force something onto their customers, VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED, after putting some pressure on the staff they said its not mandatory.If you want people to download your app start by making them aware of the benefits of the app rather than forcing them to do so at gunpoint. Im wondering if this behaviour is from the r city decathlon staff or is it common across all outlets. Will not suggest this store at the current situation to anyone.

I have purchased badminton costing 699 on the time of billing told me we dont have card payment so you have to install our AAP and have to pay using that.so I installed and done the transition by Paytm upipayment. As the money deducted but they are saying its not showing in our app so the payment is not done and not allowed to take the badminton. I have two messages one from Paytm and other from bank where its showing transition is done and money is deducted but your team is not accepting it. As a regular customer I felt very bad as you guys forced to make app payment and after that all this. Fully disappointed.

Very good.. one can scan all products in the app , pay online and good to go. I was looking for winter/ snow clothing and I found everything here. The staffs eg Naresh was very helpful.On the website, it was showing that atria branch didnt have most of these products, do I came all the way from Dadar. And I made a good decision.

Visited this store for the first time to purchase sport shoes for my daughter. First impression is that the store is spacious and has maximum varieties of sport equipments, Accessories and Shoes compared to other retail stores at RCity. Store staff members are truly professionals and very supportive and helped me out to buy the right shoes. Surprisingly they are selling it at a very reasonable price plus they are providing warranty on products as well. It was a really delightful experience for me visiting this store. No doubt DECATHLON is giving the other brands a run for their money.
