I was treated for the issue with my back and I could feel the improvement from Day 1. She also guided me on the correct posture of sitting and offered me some good consultation on managing postures during long sitting hours at wk.

I visited Physio Station for my neck and shoulder pain.I have tried yoga,and all possible treatments in the past , even did a few sessions with chiropractors but dint find much relief.Dr.Larita explained to me the various causes for my pain and how to over come it.The treament approach is very different and after a few sessions of therapy I found great relief. I was also suggested exercises to strengthen neck and shoulder muscles.She doesnt recommend any pain killers or rest. She is very Polite, caring and professional, ever ready to answers doubts even outside her clinic hours.Now even my family members have started consulting her.Highly recommended to all

I consulted Dr. Larita for severe back pain caused by a spasm and later again for shoulder and neck pain. . Prior to meeting her I had met couple of other physiotherapists whose treatment did help me in the short term but the pain came back again after sometime. When I met Dr. Larita one thing that clearly stood out for me is her understanding of the root cause of the problem which not only helps to releive the pain in short term but also helps you heal completely in the long term. Excellent Physio. Worth every penny. I came to the clinic with severe pain on my lower back. After understanding my history, she immediately diagnosed the problem and gave me an exact duration on when I would recover. Her estimate was accurate. I am extremely satisfied with the treatment & her behaviour as a paramedical practitioner. I will definitely visit her if I get an issue in the future.

I Visited Dr.Larita for knee injury which I sustained while playing football.Doctor is very skilled and knowledgeable.Her diagnosis are purely based on clinical skills and testing and are spot on.Doesnt insist on an MRI or Xray, painkillers.Within the first session I felt so much better and after completing all the session I have fully recovered from my knee pain and back to football😀.Very polite and patient friendly, answers all doubts patiently and readily answers any query even on whatsapp at any given point of time.Would strongly recommend her

I visited for Back Pain PhysiotherapyI have previously visited Dr. Pais for my ankle injury rehab last year and my experience was satisfactory. However, its unfortunate that my recent experience with her was so disastrous. I visited her last week regarding pain in my lower back which I had been suffering from for about a month. She informed me that I had a muscle spasm due to a sports injury and recommended that I seek treatment for five sessions (her charges have been increased to Rs. 700/- and this change should be reflected accordingly on her profile). She also suggested some exercises that I should do at home. I had not visited an orthopedic surgeon for my concerns and neither was I suggested the same by Dr. Pais. On the day of the third session, Dr. Pais administered IFT to my lower back. When I returned home, I started experiencing sharp pains in my lower back region and my muscles started spasming to such an extent that I could neither stand, sit nor walk. I had to cancel work for the day and I called Dr. Pais re: the pain. She first told me that the electrical currents may be working on my muscles and that my spasms would be better in a couple of hours. She suggested I should take a muscle relaxant. When they did not reduce, she suggested that I should see a physician as i could have an underlying kidney or internal organ issue. I sought a consult with an orthopedic doctor the very same evening who informed me that while it did seem that I had a para spinal muscle spasm (Dr. Pais ignored the pain i had been experiencing around my waist), the physiotherapist should not have started any treatment until my pain had subsided as the exercises and the treatment aggravated my existing condition. He ruled out the possibility of any internal organ issue. Its important to note that the pain I experienced after visiting Dr. Pais was much much more severe than I experienced when I first suffered the injury. I have had to miss work for this past week because of the severe pain and I find it difficult to sleep at night because my back muscles keep cramping and spasming. A second consult with a senior orthopedic consult also confirmed the diagnosis of the first doctor, along with a severe Vitamin D deficiency which aggravated my condition (not considered by the physiotherapist). I cannot comment on Dr. Paiss clinical skills but it seems that she seemed more interested in providing me with five quick sessions than actually getting to the crux of the condition and asking me to wait before starting treatment. For my part, I have learnt never to approach a physiotherapist before meeting an orthopedic surgeon. I hope this helps as a cautionary tale to others with similar orthopedic concerns.
