Me and my family have been going to Apollo clinic from last 5-6 years. Our experience with all the doctors and the whole team there have been great till today. The clinic is well maintained and clean all the time, the staff is very supportive and polite.I would specifically like to mention about our family doctor here, Dr. Vinayak Bhor. The support he had shown to me and my family when we were going through a really rough patch as my father was fighting his battle with covid, is commendable. He stood there just like a family member. And I can not thank him enough for what he have done for us.!

Rude and Adamant staff and unhygienic conditions. Very poor experience... Been customer for many years now Im seeing hypocritic side and not the hygiene side of the clinic. I wanted to get the blood reports, xray and ECG done after my surgery. The blood samples were taken in the open with the chairs not been sanitized. Non of the technicians and staff wore face mask and when I wanted my wife to come along with me inside for help as I couldnt remove my shirt they bluntly asked to buy a face mask. They were rude and didnt bother to understand my situation. Even after paying around 3k they did not even bother to give a 30₹ face mask. Thats a shame. Think before you go here, you may get infected at this Chakala, Andheri East center.

Some of the staff speak like manner less ghatis. OPG operator goes for lunch break and comes back after a hour making me wait. Be careful, they might force you to make the payment and then make you wait.

The service here is very nice. I would highly recommend calling them before just walking in for any test just for your own convenience. The follow procedures very well. The clinic is extremely clean and hygienic as compared to others. They are organised and also offer home delivery for reports of your in the 5km radius. Hope this could increase. They also come home to collect samples and on Mondays they have a 40 percent discount for blood test.

I went there last week for full body package and other tests and Xray. Although prices were steep , I had a very good and safe experience there.. The staff was very efficient and helpful. The follow up online consultation with the Physician Dr. Anand was very thorough and his recommendations very comprehensive and helpful. Will definitely recomend this Clinic to others.

The morning supervisor was very u helpful . I had gone to do my test .. due to medical insurance reason the name of prescription had to be different made her understand the situation she refused. I m paying u ur charges nothing illegal very stupid of her to refuse.

I really do not prefer to rate even a star. I had called the Apollo Clinic at fort for a sonography. The reply I get is doctors are not available. Very stupid answer because such a big clinic and you dont have doctors available. Then I called the Andheri East clinic and the lady answering the call tells me that doctor is not available in the morning. You can come at 4:30 pm. We dont have doctor available in the morning. Such a stupid answer again. I told her that how do you guys function like this. She is telling me that you can go to some other pathology / clinic.

Outstanding! The supporting staff are incredible together with the team of doctors. Cleanliness is up to the mark and the staff make sure to brief you before they perform the tests.

Been here for my health checkup ,Nice cordial staff ,good doctors even lab technicians are polite .All the tastes are quickly done .Only suggestion they should arrange healthy breakfast and lunch for their patients who spend almost a day in their clinic .

I have never really been a fan of clinics and/or hospitals. But I have to say that after my recent experience at the Apollo clinic in andheri east, I have a completely different perception. This clinic, in my opinion, is definitely a class apart.The staff here is very polite, and extremely skilled and proficient. And the experience I had of getting my diagnostics done from here was really good. All my tests were completed in a timely manner, and I received accurate reports quickly. Everything was hassle-free.That apart, they also have a quirky cafeteria with healthy bites, and the walls of the cafeteria are filled with positive messages.Personally, I feel this clinic takes caring for patients to a whole new level that I havent experienced anywhere else yet. And I would definitely recommend it to anyone who seeks top-notch quality healthcare and diagnostic services.

Dr Ritika sinha is a very good dentist.. she explains every procedure nicely and makes sure that your treatment is as painless as possible.

I was affected by fungal infection,at the earlier stage it was very small,but it was increasing internally day by day,after trying many home remedies also it was not cured,then i visited one mbbs doctor in the mahakali caves area,dr nayak,who was the doctor with no knowledge,he took very high fees and prescribed out dated medicines because of which i lost all my hopes.and the infection became very serious issue for me.at one stage i was in a thought that it will never cured and it will increase to throught my body.then i saw the reviews of apollo clinicSpecially of dr sujit shanshanval,he is just awesome,very knowledgeable.i told him whole thing that had happened with me in past.he prescribed me the best medicine though costly but verry effective.and within 10 days the infaction was disappeared around 70%.Remaning 30% had taken time period of 45-50 days.but now its gone 99% ,thanks to doctor sujit shanshanwal.

Very bad staff. Specially receptionist. They provide wrong information on the phone and make people wait.They also lost my mothers test reports!! We had to get another issuedThe dentist here is also pathetic, she didn’t even do the filling properly!!NOT RECOMMENDED

If youre coming here for your medical screening through Khadamat, please be warned. Pick up your bag, cancel the medical and RUN!Youre at the mercy of the doctors employed here, who dont even know what they are doing. They dont give a damn about whats right, and are only fixated on giving out a verdict which is most convenient to them. Absolutely horrendous staff/clinic. This Clinic is a black dot to the much reputed Apollo in the healthcare sector.

Poor service.In terms of appointments clients are at the mercy of the staff & Drs.Was told to come anytime between 12- 4 pm, at 3:50 pm i called them telling i will reach in next 5 min.They said its better you come tomorrow cos the doctor has to leave early & cant wait for you & then or arguing they put me on hold & then disconnected the call.No professionalism at all.Bad experience.
