People are good and quick at work. I needed my builder noc as well as Needed the intimation documents to be signed and stamped.I got the stamping process done in like 15 mins and noc delivered at my place in 3-4 days.Overall the service is quick & people are friendly.

Nice corporate office with enough open space around. The old closed factory gives a nostalgic and feel of the olden days that would have prevailed.The water body in the lobby adds to the calmness that hovers in the vicinity. The place is also walking distance from the central railway station and little inside from the bustling crowd outside.

Very nice corporate building. Excellent maintaince. Clean. Faster lifts are available, 6 lifts are available in this building which avoid too much croud in one lift. Very good staff. Always ready to help people. Silent building. Of course have good parking area. But bad thing is poor light and poor maintaince in parking. Not clean parking.

Building structure is impressive. Lots of high capacity lifts. Central A/C works fine. They even do regular maintenance on weekends.

If you are in the peak time, you will have to wait a long time to get the elevator.Nice and clean. But not so good with the restaurants.Great place to work. Awesome people. Travel to this place is easy. Not so much traffic. Railway Station is not far. Easy to get can outside.

Purchased a unit in lodha sterling from what they call themselve NO 1 developer in India. Shocking service and received an incomplete unit. Payment is more important but their finishes stink.its 8 months from date of actual handover and my flat is still incompete. Its eithe they take advsntage over NRI knowing that we not basd in India. Just disgusting service .

Very bad construction. Zero credibility of sales team. No person takes responsibility of any shortcomings.Absolutely cheating. Dont buy apartments from Lodha developers.They make fools by showing sample flats and club houses. But delivered flats are of absolutely low quality.

Lodha Excelus has a really bleak, sleazy dump of an mcgm parking. The office premises though are posh and it is quite well connected with at least 3 stations in close vicinity! The chai outside the lane is superb!!

Lodha Group has created landmark projects in Mumbai region. Affordable housing and Luxury projects are equally good in design and construction quality. The usp is customer care. No other builder has such organised approach for customer service.

Sales team are a bunch of liars who make false promises and then you have to chase them for having them fulfilled which they will make every attempt not to. Be prepared for a lot of mental torture once you book the flat till you get possession. Agreements are very one sided in favour of builder. Make sure you take everything in writing atleast because even after giving in writing they tend to go back on their word so if you do not take it in writing then there is no chance they will give you any incentive that was promised. They also try to respond to your emails over call instead of over email so that they no proof is left behind so be sure to install a call recording software.

Awsum viw and best biulding

Ofcourse its a good building coz its by a renowned builder, with waters flowing on the walls. Peaceful location. Good people. Tough to get a hold of taxis as its a bit away from the main road and the only reason taxis come wandering near the building is if they are dropping someone.

A modern office complex in Chinchpokli area. Reception will give you gate pass to enter the complex. Waiting area available. There is a good cafe also on the ground floor. Overall look and feel is very open and nice. You can find a parking also in the bylane below .

No complaints about your project should be made here. You wont get any solution. We will have to wait . They will treat us well, but at the end you will leave back empty handed.

A High standard comercial complex...

Its a beautiful building which has offices of KPMG and HDFC Life other than the Lodha itself. Its very well maintained building with very tight security. The parking lot is big enough so you never face a problem regarding parking of your two-wheeler or four-wheeler. But there tight security becomes a problem when you get to receive any order through a delivery boy. As they are not allowed to enter through main entrance. Even through the service lift they can enter only after submitting ID proof.

A very well maintained place and very hygienic. Smooth tarmac roads. The only problem is the idiot taxi drivers making a line on the road just to go to the petrol pump
