It was an awesome experience. The staff are taking a lot of care and precautions, following all measures for us to have a safe and comfortable stay. Super courteous staff, each and evey one of them. Food was marvelous, lovely variety spread for all meals. Room was super clean and tidy. What more can one ask for?

Got an opportunity to stay at the Leela Mumbai Airport for one night. We ordered in room dining and the food quality was sub standard. Unbelievable for a brand like Leela. The staff at Citrus seemed least interested in providing best in class service. Disappointing service levels for the price they charge. No special care taken to ensure that guests follow Covid protocol at all times.

Beautiful ambiance, great food and cordial staff.Went for their dinner buffet and it was a good spread. Enough options for us and the kids.Most important point was peace of mind as all COVID protocols were being followed by staff and guest.

Ive stayed in The Leela at Goa as well as Mumbai... While at Goa it really did feel like I was staying in a 5 star... At Mumbai, the rooms felt more of a 4star plus. This had everything to do with how it was maintained, especially the bathrooms.And I was excited about the food at Leela but realised its no longer commands superiority in that segment, even though the food was good.

The hotel was sparkling clean and well mannered. Rooms were little small but they managed to fit everything in without making it congested, bathrooms were spacious with bathtub and shower. All the staff seems professional and very helpful in nature. But, the problem i faced here was the power failure in my room and not just one but four times in a row which gave me a bad vibe about the hotel, couldnt get that peaceful sleep as there were pillow menu for the perfect nap but unfortunately didnt experience such thing and made me very disappointed. In the beginning I was so happy about the choice I made by coming to this hotel but regretted later on because everything else can be acceptable but power failure in a 5 Star hotel doesnt even fit. Hope someone take care of it and not end up again disappointing someone else. I wanted a perfect getaway but unfortunately it was a disappointment. Also, they provided in room breakfast(American and Continental)which I loved the most as everything in it was soo delicious that i would go back for the breakfast only 😅😋Overall it was a good stay but could have been amazing. Thank you for the hospitality though.

More choices on the Salad counter. The Salmon cooked for us along with the sides was outstanding. The Best of Best. Cooked rightly...Fresh..Perfect.

They got a huge property. The interior is outstanding. We had the package which included two meals i.e. Breakfast & Dinner. Breakfast was good but the Dinner was Okayish. Owing to Covid situation, they have currently removed the seating area near the Lotus Pond & the Swimming Pool is also not operational. One con is that rooms are not spacious enough. Nonetheless, I recommend visiting this property at least once.

In quarentine for international travel ahead, leela hotel has amazing staff, quality service and best customer relationship, which I have never seen in India before.After experiencing Set food menu for quarentine guest with optimum calories intake, courier delivery services and house keeping helps, I would certainly recommend this property for staying individuals or organisation groups.Thank you Leela group and staff.

The Brand Name Leela means in hospitality industry its greatness with Pleasure. The spread of morning breakfast served in Citrus is mouth watering. The maintenance of the property overall makes me feel amazing. The large spread scale of greenery around makes one feel more comfort. The safety and security appreciable . The courteous of staff overall up to mark. Especially in restaurant a gentleman Mr.Deepak serviced with much care. I have to mention good appreciable words on Mr.Gerald Gomes , Royal Club Manager. He helped in upgrading the room with kind approach and also early Check in & late check out. Wonderful experience.

The hotel property is astonishing. A must visit hotel. Rooms are decent enough but I feel its too small for momentum. The staff are at their best, superb service right from my check-in to check-out. The only thing which I feel could be better was the breakfast, the breakfast buffet was limited with very few items along with one live counter.I personally believe they can offer many more things in a breakfast. Keeping the pandamic situation in mind and beautiful memories I give a 5 star.

Being my birthday weekend had spent this weekend at the Hotel Leela Mumbai The one thing that was unpleasant was the Reception Front Office interaction during Check In wherein the representative was lying on the features of the Royal Club Room as since he was unable to give me the room had asked to give me the features for a discount and once the discount was finalised vide the Duty Manager, he stated that the complimentary conference room was not includedFirst he mentioned all the features and then once during the discussion with his manager. He took back this statement. If he had instead stated that this was unintentional and an error in statement from his side would have been more like a representative of Hotel Leela The F&B Service was exceptional and the Indian cuisine was good however the cheese selection and quality and the continental was below par. You get a feel of resort while staying at the Leela, Mumbai. Breakfast spread is great. Their Exec chef has really done a good job with curating the menu.Staff including their lobby and F&B managers are highly proactive and will leave no stone unturned to keep you delighted end to end.You have plenty of restaurants to have different varieties of food.I will definitely recommend this place to all.

The name itself suggests dignity well I would like to say not so muchI believe over time it has degraded, the food is a disaster and the staff behavior I felt was like OYO rooms.I order 4 meals and had 1 buffet none of that satisfied me to the standards of its name. I can cook better and I mean it. The staff in the counter were people who looked like they are just doing their jobs no greet no smile and no soft skill. I asked for a cheese omelet in the morning buffet and it arrived 25 late, which sadly I couldnt enjoy whole because I had to leave for work. The omelet was clearly instructed to be PLAIN but I found bits of vegetables in it. I do eat it so it didnt matter to me but yet UNPROFESSIONAL & ABSENT MINDED.

The stay at Leela was up to the mark .Everything was on time without any delays.The staff here are very humble and courageous . We were welcomed by a welcome drink along with a cake for our anniversary. The buffet was quite delicious. All thanks to Mr. Prathmesh the Duty manager who never said no to any of our requests and made sure we had a seamless stay.Also Ms. Sima who welcomed us with a cheerful smile. Would love to visit again.

I called the hotel at 1:03 on August 7 regarding reservation and my call was forwarded to the reservation department. The wait time was too long but I understand that and it is totally acceptable. But what is not acceptable is that a lady received my call. And just when I spoke 2 words out of my mouth, she disconnected the call. I was really looking forward but now I am highly disappointed. The waiting time is already long and to top it off you disconnect my call like that. Thats highly unprofessional.

I am simply compelled to write about our very memorable, unparalleled 8 days at The Leela Mumbai - A very special shoutout to Ms Tarannum Siddiqui who is the Guest Relations Manager and Mr Sameer Sud , General Manager at The Leela Mumbai. I can without a doubt say this has been one of the best hotel stays I have experienced in my 28 years of travelling, and in my experience of visiting over 38+ countries. From the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted with smiles, exceptional warmth, utmost care and the greatest hospitality. My wife and I stayed 8 days at the Leela Mumbai, the hotel’s biggest asset is their exemplary staff. Very kind, extremely helpful and easily approachable. The rooms are very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated to a very high international standard using natural materials such as high quality marble and wood. The bed and the mattresses are fresh and firm, very comfortable. The quality of the pillows are good, better than most 5 star hotels in most developed countries. The hotel itself exceeds global standards. Mr Sud, the GM personally is involved with his guests day to day needs and is always approachable and ready to assist wherever possible, always exceeding expectations.  The staff always try their best and always go above and beyond to ensure their guests are comfortable and their needs are fulfilled. The quality of their buffet breakfast (at Citrus) is really good and the choice quite varied, having lived in the UK and Ireland for over 25 years I can vouch how good their pastries / cakes, and continental food are, my wife and I loved their Indian range of breakfast food – be it Idly, Pav bhaji or other south Indian delicacies. We had a special occasion during our stay and Ms Siddiqui very kindly arranged two beautiful bouquet of tastefully arranged flowers and a cake for us in our room as a surprise, we were both moved and touched by this very kind gesture. After 8 days, now that my wife and I moved to another 5 star hotel in Mumbai only because of pre planned bookings we are homesick of leaving the Leela and wish we could come back lol. Staying in Leela is not just a hotel stay, it’s an experience next to none, it feels like a luxurious journey away from the hustle, bustle and stress of our busy lives. We will be leaving for London in 10 days time but will take with us extreme fond memories and the beautiful feeling of having spent a significant amount of time in such great care, comfort and hospitality. In hindsight if I truly knew how good the hotel is I would have never booked another place for my stay in Mumbai. Do not forget to enrol on the Leela loyalty programme as special treats, offers and experiences will come your way from the very start and especially after completing 10 nights at the hotel, (when booked directly through them.) The location generally is really good for commute to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International airport (BOM). My wife and I would 100% be returning to this beautiful Leela establishment. The only downside I could think for some may be the location for everyday shopping, however since it’s a resort style property, most would overlook this minor hurdle. Some may find the number of tv channels available slightly limiting. The hotel is partnered with the provider “Hathway” which in other 5 star hotels offer significantly more local, regional and HD channels. Overall in our experience this has been the best 5 star hotel we have stayed at in India. We had a small issue with our room, upon mentioning to the staff it was immediately looked at and the staff were more than helpful, they immediately offered to change our room. We look forward immensely to return to this beautiful haven of paradise, home away from home.

I liked the food.I was there for a very short period of time. Ambiance is good. Inside small water fall that I liked in particular.They have multiple places inside for food as per your need.Due to covid its mostly empty as of now.Over all its good place to be for a short or medium period of time.

This was my first time at this hotel.Staff was cooperative and helpful especially the front desk guys.In room dining needs to improve as meals were sometimes delivered late.Cleanliness and hygiene is good.Rooms can be above average to good fepwndi g upon which one you opt for.As a whole the hotel gives you above average service in these times of covid.

Have had to stay at the hotel to quarantine. Room and amenities in the room are good.However, no proper schedule is followed for delivery of meals to the room, and one can never be sure when it will be delivered. Quality of food is just about ok and, after having stayed almost 11 days, have got fed up of it.

We booked a room for one night. The room was badly maintained. Door knobs falling off, a weird smell inside the room, the ac was not working. We did not get proper sleep due to it. Next morning for breakfast, the manager at the citrus cafe was not at all welcoming and was giving an attitude look. All in all avoid at all costs.

The Leela connoisseur club membership is a scam. They sell that membership saying you will get 3 complimentry night stay plus 3 nights at half price, but everytime you try to make a booking they say its not available. Out of 170 rooms at their property they only make 5 rooms available for members. It is absolutely impossible to be lucky enough to get a booking. Firstly if you say you are a member they will not let you avail the complimentry room nights. Secondly, if you ask for a room at cost they driectly quote a price of 12k for a room whereas a standard room is only for 6k. I became a victim of this harassment at The Leela Mumbai. The staff at the connoisseur club is also very rude. Inspite of having valid vouchers of complimentry room nights they did not allow me to use those and asked me to pay 12k rs to book a room and the standard room available at the reception was 6k! They harassed me to an extend that when I named the staff members (which luckily I remembered) who gave me this information they blatantly refused. I am highly disappointed with the kind of treatment this prestigious hospitality company is giving. To add to everything they said they are doing me a favour by giving booking for a day and cannot give more. They must know this is not a favour but I paid a hamdsome amount to purchase this memebership!

The meet and greet staff was very professional, reception was co operative. House keeping guys very humble and co operative. The room was quite good neat and clean. I was under quaratine for my stay the services offered were upto the mark. Oh my oh my...how things could go so wrong with the Leela Mumbai! Once the epitome of luxury in Mumbai, my stay at the Leela was a mixed bag of sorts.We had booked a stay at the hotel earlier this month. Greeted warmly, staffs were pleasant and courteous. Check in was breeze and we were upgraded to their club rooms, which had a good view of the pool. It didnt matter though as the pool was closed for public, so no water. Our room was on the seventh floor. The lobby, entrance and the room were all neat and tidy. Sanitizer stands were kept at most places which was a real good sign of the safety precautions undertaken by the management. We double checked at the time of check-in with regards to the hygiene and safety protocols followed by the hotel and was informed in detail about the whole process including the sanitisation of rooms.The room was decent, spacious and clean. The in-room bar was empty and the menu was displayed as QR code on the tv screen which can be scanned using our mobile. The food menu was limited with a mix from the Indian, Continental and Oriental cuisine. Good selection of wines and spirits comprised the bar menu. Prices were a bit steep compared to similar properties in the same segment.Now for the mixed bag stuffs. We ordered food which were mostly a let down. Ordered Murgh Tikka and Sichuan Chilli Chicken for appetizers. Murg Tikka was good and flavorful, Chilli Chicken was a bit oily, but ok. Next was Tandoori Chicken Pizza which had a thin crust with good toppings of grilled chicken. Next we wanted to try Grilled Mumbai Toasties, so ordered one in Lamb and another in Chicken. And I must say it was an absolute disappointment. If this is their take on the Mumbaiya local fare, they need some major revision in menu. The toasties were just slices of bread with stuffing served with ketchup and zero presentation. There was no accompaniment that usually comes with items of loaf. We had to order french fries separately. The kind of prices that they are charging for toasties and what you are served is incomparable.The lobby has a lounge, a pub- Citrus, and a restaurant- Jamavar that serves buffet along with ala carte. The oriental restaurant, The Great Wall was not open for some reason. Regular guests are allowed in the restaurants till 4.30 pm in the evening during weekdays. No such restrictions for in room guests. The lobby lounge is cozy and dimly lit with candles. Citrus is a decent pub with vibrant interiors and thats where we decided to hit for the later part of the evening. Apart from us only one other table was occupied. Ordered a couple of pints of beer, and while waiting for the drinks to arrive, we had an unannounced visitor..a rat! Yes, a rat...zoomed just past us. We were absolutely aghast with all this..sub par food was one thing but a rodent in a 5 star pub is absolutely no no. After our drinks we decided to have dinner in the room itself to avoid further misadventures.Dinner was Mutton seekh Kabab which was yummy and Butter chicken with rotis. While ordering the food we had specifically requested that the appetizer be served before the main course. But everything was bought in together. By the time we finished with the appetizer, roti had got cold. Butter chicken flavour was good, but found the chicken pieces somewhat uncooked. Later ordered gulab jamun for dessert which was thankfully a delight.Breakfast buffet was average with most of the usual suspects. South Indian fare of medu vadas and upma, oily puris served with bhaji, sausages were almost raw. Made to order dosas and omlette were decent and fortunately sambar wasnt of the sweet kind. We also observed not much social distancing was followed in the restaurant. Some of the guests werent even wearing masks. I fail to understand why during a pandemic, the educated lot can be so casual with respect to their own safety as well as safety of others.Overall we had an below par stay experience at the hotel.

This place has been an amazing experience for us whenever we have been here. It is located near the airport. The place is very airy and vast.. The rooms are very clean and maintained very well. Staff is extremely cooperative. I know that being a 5 star the food will be expensive, but here it is doubly expensive, thats the only down point rest all is just amazing. The breakfast spread is also very decent and during covid times they serve breakfast till 11 am which is very good as it will avoid overcrowding!

In terms of travel,approx 10 min drive from international airport and 20 min from Andheri Railway station, close to airport road metro station.Decent and Well mannered staff. Best place to have breakfast: Citrus restaurant. Very good spread, live music was available on Sunday: Valentine Day and it was my brothers birthday so the performer played a beautiful song for us as well. Very good spread: especially the salads, starters and dessert. Highly recommended.

I visited the Citrus and had a buffet lunch.... There were very few cuisines on the list worth a praise... But their hospitality and care is amazing. I visited just a day after they started so maybe i cant be a critic yet but my feedback is that they can work further on the quality of their spread. Simple aspects like odorless water glasses are basic and not even part of the dish making process.

I enjoyed this hotel hotel ambience was very good very helpful staff. all duty mangers r good they spoke very nicely breakfast was fantastic food was excellent in the floor staff mr Anil n suresh was provided all necessary toiletries very fast service they gave us overl all 5 star n vip service they r giving I remmended everyone value for money no complaints specially duty manager I salute them they taik very politely they hv given us top service mr sidesh iyer ,Gerald gomes, Akshay patil,akshay Jadhav,prathmesh rane ,ushneesh banerjee,puja singh, Sima ranavat,tarunnam Siddiqui,Vishal thapa, Vishwajeet Panwar, Swapnil kondwe n mohit sawant all staff again thanks they took care us very nicely they all took care nicely n they wore masks n face shield they santiized properly n regularly very good property very good staff 👠ğŸ‘

Glorious view of the surroundings and very nearby to the Airport. They have amazing banquet halls and conference rooms for parties, get together, weddings and for Corporate meetings and conferences.

Really amazing service!! The breakfast on a Sunday could be better managed in terms of seating arrangements and waiting. Our morning experience was a little sad due to the line for breakfast but otherwise the food changed our mood to happy again. I guess overall it’s a great place.

Housekeeping was excellent and complete staff was very humble..Overall its an amaxing experience😊Range of toiletries, hair dryer, room sleeper everything was there of good quality which we cant carry while travelling that makes it good for a sole business traveller..

Its a good property with a lot of greenery compared to other hotels in Mumbai. I have selected pool view room. It was quite spacious and the view is also good. interiors, amenities are good. Lobby area is quite spacious for any meetings as well.Complete Privacy and nice experience.

Did a staycation on valentines day.. highly impressed with ambience and services. We had dinner and BF package. Rooms were clean. Welcome drink and Fruit complimentary. High tea could have been better esp sandwiches bread was dry a lot and can add tea/coffee for 2 than 1 (spotted Ameesha Patel). Dinner was superb and taste has improved dramatically over few years. The service was just superb and all social distancing norms followed and staff wore masks.The morning BF was the usual mix but again the taste was amazing. They made sure u do try everything on menu. All in all excellent relaxing stay. The base room has metro view but its not bad its manageable.

Great place to stay for qurantine.Great food and service

One of the best in Mumbai. The stay. The services. The delivery. The restaurant. The staff. Almost everything was great. It spoils you for choice with food options and restaurant options as well. The pool is lovely but is closed, however a photoshoot around it was definitely an option. The check in was smooth, but the lockdown restrictions and the form filling took an extra 10 min. The seemed hell-bent at making your life comfortable during the stay. Nothing was out of reach. There is a paining exhibition at the ground floor and the even the lobby is photogenic and huge.
