I think I made a very last minute panic call to these guys when my neighbourhood florist stopped responding. I needed a bouquet to kickstart a bunch of surprises for my partner. Exactly for that reason, I had some additional list of instructions which needed to be followed for the arrangement and delivery of the bouquet. Despite covid restrictions, and limited staff, the owner of Guncha patiently entertained each and every request of mine. To top that we loved the bouquet they arranged. He kept me updated on whatsapp and made sure the surprise gets delivered the way I wanted. Absolutely value this service.
