Its a great place to send a present to your loved ones on their special day. Ive ordered a cake for my brothers birthday and the cake was awesome. He loved it. The cake isnt exactly in the shape or design I ordered but its the same flavour which tasted so good than expected. I didnt like the way the message was posted on the cake though. They wrote the message and from names on the cake instead of just the message. But I liked it overall and will definitely use it again.

We have not so good experience with IGP. My wife had sent Rakhi to Oman courier charges were included with free delivery offer.But Again their courier service has charged OMR 2.2 from my brother in law. This awkward Rakhi to my brother in law from my wife.

Very bad experience, received a damaged cake and old flowers. They just ruined my husband’s birthday. So disappointed. Not recommend at all don’t waste your money here. Go somewhere else. Two stars are scored just because of product quality. But when it comes to customer service they dont score any stars. The order was delivered next and it happened only when I insisted that I dont want the order to be cancelled. The order number is 5323787.

No professionalism. I placed two orders with them and both time they failed to meet the expected standards. One first order (5295334) the product was different then the one shown in the picture. It wasnt a big issue. And my second order (5323787) was cancelled. They did not even bother to inform us that the order has to be cancelled and not knowing about the cancellation I kept my family waiting whole day for the gift. I dont think if they can even realise what it feels if the gift doesnt reach on the day it was meant to reach.

Have used this service to deliver flowers and cake multiple times in 2 different cities in India.Great on-time same day delivery service. Great cakes. Only once one cake had sour fruits, but wont take away starts for that from their overall quality and delivery service.

A very reliable and wonderful website! I have been sending Rakhi since three years from USA to India and UAE through IGP and I am very much satisfied with their services. Do you have any idea what business you are doing. Gifts are meant to be given on the day. I have ordered tiramisu cake to be delivered on Wednesday morning schedule. Dint arrive till evening and I made call to customer service to hear that this cake is not available and they are waiting for my confirmation to switch it to a chocolate cake. They said they tried calling but not connecting as it’s international number WHAT????? Seriously! Upon ordering we had to share both Uae number and Indian number. I didn’t received any call. Instead they send a mail for confirmation and expect a prompt reply for that. What kinda service is that? And now the confirmation is made the guy promised to deliver next day morning. Ok I agreed. But again the same story. Nothing delivered! I called customer service again in evening to hear the same story that the confirmation was not received and they are waiting for it. 🙄🙄🙄 what the hell?I have paid for your service and now I’m spending on international calls to teach you to do your business.This time the lady convinced me that it will surely be delivered evening before 9. Absolutely loved the convenience of gifting plants. Personally, I find it much more rewarding than a flower bouquet. Adding chocolates and cards to the whole mix was just too good. Im glad I came across IGP and would highly recommend them for all gifting needs.

Worst experience with this site, they accepted my order, payment was accepted, order confirmed and I had to follow-up with them constantly on the delivery to only hear from them that my order cannot be processed as they accepted it by mistake! Their fault for not mentioning corporate orders are min. 25 pc, they refunded my money but 0 customer service, their own team has no clue of their own policies.

I have ordered rakhi combo for my brother on 9th Aug rakhi got delivered but the personalized wooden frame with the rakhi still not delivered, such a poor service faced by IGP, never ever i will order it again from this site, Poor customer response, no body is responding just they are giving excuses,

I ordered rakhi from their site and surprise the rakhi did not even get delivered on rakshabandhan even if it was said it would be delivered on 21st.They dont even have customer service neither they respond to your queries.I would always suggest to go for amazon and flipkart atleast they have good customer service. Cheaters. You will be shocked to know that they are dispatching gifts by postal services. Booked rakhi to be delivered on 20th. I was really happy with the customer service. The cake I ordered was unexpectedly damaged en route. But it was a hassle free replacement of the same cake, that too with very little delay.

I got the above SMS just now stating that it will be delivered by 10 pm on 23rd August !!! Thus is totally unacceptable. I placed the order after it was confirmed that it will be delivered today i.e. 22nd August. Today is my mothers birthday. If you cant deliver it at least dont give false promises...

Igp is a trusted site that I used for delivering rakhi this season. I was impressed with there pre delivery. I wasnt expecting delivery before said time because of ongoing covid situation. The product was also upto the mark.

Bad experience. I have ordered Ludo and Snake ladder Coaster but not received the coins and dice along with it. Customer service asked to share pictures and they will replace the order but no replacement yet. Dont know how much time they need in delivering from Powai to Andheri.. Horrible

Image of cake on site is different and the one received is different. Taste wise cake tasted like vanilla cake with salty pistachios added in it.

Since the pandemic started, it was very difficult to send parcels. Then one day I came across IGP. They have a huge collection to choose from and so fast delivery. Sending Rakhi to my brother from Australia had never been this easy. All thanks to IGP. The products are of high quality and my brother loved the rakhi designs as well. Thanks IGP for making our rakshabandhan beautiful.

I am questioning your design what you are showing and what you are actually selling. This is fraud in the name of HANDMADE. Slight variations happen in the manufacturing and making of it not in the complete design!!!!! Horrible service and justification atleast admit your mistake!!! See the photos attached. Where are the so called Meena stones as described in the title of the product on your website?! Why not change the image on your website? I bought it because i liked the design.----------------------------------Did not receive the rakhi set of 5 as per the image shown on the website. The size, design and product were very different.
