Excellent place, very delicious food & courteous staff. Desserts are out of the world. A bit expensive, but then you cant get GOLD for the price of Silver. It will mostly be crowded, so please reserve your table well in advance to avoid unpleasant delays.

Its was a lovely experience to say the least. The food is out of this world. The staff courteous. The service excellent. And the desserts lovely. Contemporary. And modern. At the same time , not without its traditional roots. My only qualm was that the house wine could have tasted a whole lot better. And it was served chilled which was not to my taste. Still we friends met after many long years. And this was the perfect place. classy!

Good food... Nice ambience, helpful staff and not over pretentious. Cant say the same for the deserts though. Worth a visit. Nice location and parking assistance which was Covid conscious as well. So considerate that i feel bad not having tipped the parking assist, cos it was raining, despite him not evening touching the car!! The consistency, on this aspect, at the hotel is a given

The lamps, carpet, decorations are good. This hall has facility for bride and groom to get ready. Washrooms are clean and have good space. Also they have kept bench to sit in restroom.Service provided is good. Waiters will take care of your guests very well. They also serve your tea and coffee demands.Lets come to food part.They have lawn beside the hall. This is a open area where they have created a artificial garden, fountain and food counters.You can enjoy food while sitting. They have tables and chairs. They also have standing tables.Quality of the food is delicious. You can surely enjoy your small ceremony here without any worry.

Management has little regard for covid requirements and maintaining safe distance between tables. We did not finish our meal and left just after starters when the manager seated a large group right next to our table. Best to avoid such places in such times.

Attended a marriage party, easy to locate, nice banquet hall,can accommodate appx 100 people,adjacent open terrace can be utilized for dinner,staffs were polite and well behaved, main course and the starters were excellent, we had a nice time. Due to location advantage, cabs are easily available even in the late night.

Been there for a get together. Small space but excellent ambience. What stands out is the food and service - worth every praise and not to be missed!

Some things are great just the way they are. Ivy is one of them. We have been dining here on special occasions and otherwise for 14 years now. The place has largely remained the same, but without seeming dated.Try their Gassis, Kundapurs, Appams and Neer Dosas. We now dont even look at their menu cards!The only stand-alone restaurant on the 3rd floor of an off-high street building that I know of that has flourished for so long. Thats gotta tell you something about the place, right?

Great place for good quality food but recent changes arent too appealing. New set of desserts are plain weird; miss their blueberry and strawberry cheesecakes.Food is a lot more expensive now and I would surely eat at a 5 star for those rates.Having said that, its a good place to celebrate any special occassion for the ambience and the food. Service could improve a bit but not much to complain there.

Very bad experience, manager is rude. Called in to check if we can bring cake from outside for birthday celebration and we were told thats its allowed. While brining out the cake the manager told us that they wont serve outside cake and forced us to buy something from their cake shop downstairs. Very unethical behavior by the restaurant management

Here delicious food served but not having good hospitality. We around 36 person were they and they have allotted 30 seats and asked us to adjust 6 persons on the same table of 30. We have requested them to offer one more table but they are reluctant to do so. And we have to adjust 36 person in 30 persons table. We have paid good amount of bill but not received proper services.

Tue food here is Okay and the staff here is not courteous at all. I have personally had a bad experience with the adamant staff who was a manager i guess. Also on the vegetarian table we received a non vegetarian soup despite stressing in the term veg. The stalk used in the soup seemed non veg.

The food is delicious and the ambience is good. The place has a large hall for parties and an outdoor area reserved for parties.The owner is a little pretentious and considers himself to be a Gordon Ramsay. To be fair, the food is good but menu hasnt changed in a long time.The true creativity of a chef is his ability to cook up new dishes while maintaining the consistence good taste.

This place wins points on all major fronts - Ambience, food and service. Had ordered stuffed khara kabab, tandoori paneer followed by dehati subzi, paneer nawabi, dal makhani (Have to order!) and dal khichdi. The tomato soup was pretty nice, not too thick, sweet or creamy as in most other restaurants. Theres just a very premium feel to the place that is coherent on all parameters (the price too!). But overall, a value find for some special occasions that deserve the special experience. A budget luxury restaurant :)

Excellent restaurant specializing in South Indian coastal cuisine. Try the Kerala Paneer, unique cottage cheese preparation tossed in pepper and tangy spices. Great spot for family get togethers, business meetings or a quick meal. Also the patisserie serves excellent desserts, with cakes on order for special occasions.
