This review is about white collar thieves of Tricom India limited.This is the worst company I have ever worked with. I was relieved after serving proper notice period on 31 October, 2011. Since then I am following up for payment of my F&F settlement amount. After these many years I got half payment in two installments just before couple of months but sill half payment is pending.You will never get proper response on phone nor when you personally visit their office. Just for 5 minutes meet you will be asked to wait for hours. And after waiting so long the same answer comes we dont have money now and we will release your remaining payment in installments once we get money. Dont know when they will get money to clear our dues.I am tired of communicating and following up with these people.Worst..worst company ever.

Fraud company. HR is not responding to employees for Full & Final settlements. Many employees PF settlement done by the company in Cash to shut their mouth. They have started new company with the name of Edoc Solution at marol and firmed with new directors. Complete fraudulent company. All existing employees got new appointment and Vice president of HR (Parminder Kaur) is saying company is under liquidation. Also i request all employees whose FNF or PF is pending join our group on FB.

Hey guys please do not line up for the interview for this company. First of all the building stinks. Secondly the receptionists are so dumb that they do not give correct information and they do not no to speak in English. Thirdly the stairs are broken and companys name is datacom . The company stinks and working environment is pathetic . The building is not properly maintained. Who would like to waste their time and energy in this bullshit company ? This doesnt even look like a company.

This review is not for the location but for these looters.. for location, consider 5 stars from me.. My name is Gaurav Pandey. I was relieved from Tricom on Nov 15,2011 from the post of Senior Software Engineer. I asked the details of my FnF settlement and PF process but no body ever gave me any details. Also they gave me my Form-16 for the years 2010-2011 and 2011-12 which when I used to submit tax return, I was told from Income Tax Department that they didnt get my tax (Tricom deducted tax from my salary but didnt submit it to the tax department). Also I havent got my full and final settlement and PF yet.

This is Pritam Gharde worked with Tricom India Ltd. for 2 years from 19-08-2010 to 17-03-2012. My PF A/c No. MH-44930-5828. After leaving the job I didnt get my PF refund. When asking about the PF the head of the HR department Ms. Geeta is not giving a proper answer & talking very roughly with me & my parents. Ms Geeta is not unable to told the PF deatails & she sometimes not unable to pick the phone also.

Very worst organisastin regarding employee policies. I work for 5years and completed all formalities of Provident Fund return at the time of leaving.8 years passed but still I have not received my Provident Fund returned.

This is very worst company not joint this company because salary is not getting them.This company is very bad and worst not join this company.
