Chemtex House is very spacious and it is big corporate office building with well known companies are there such as Schindler, Dun & Bradstreet and many more.

I saw good landscaping garden here !

Very decent place to work

Renamed as Schindler house now. A brilliant location, away from the nuisance of traffic but closer to amenities. Basement parking with 5 floors above having Hershey, Schindler, D&B and awfis offices.Well maintained infrastructure with reasonably decent security. Several bank atms near the place. Being a Hiranandani structure it has a beige classic building look with central glasses

There is a shared office in this building they charge 7k per seat .Good environment for startups

A bit away from the traffic in the busy Hiranandani. Parking for bikes is free, but at your own risk. Well-managed.

I am not able to locate latest address/ contact no & e mail of Chemtex Engineering of India pvt since now company is not at Chemtex house. Can someone update me on this since I have some work related to Family Pension scheme.

The place is very professional and yet fun at the same time, I had an interview once on the 6th floor and the place was very attractive.

Commercial place and very nice place for offices.
