Would give them minus 5 stars! they talk very sweetly and sell all faulty products. Ordered 4 waffle machines each 20k+ and not even one machine worked for more than a week. When complained they talk very sweetly saying we will help you replace plates that this and waste ur money and time in sending machines. They fix and send and again they got spoilt in 4 days. Upon complaining they said they said our machines are good there is problem with your electricity. Since none of their machines worked, i purchased another one at 11k from a different seller and that works fine without any issues. I even electricians and got everything checked and there were no issues with our electrical connections nor any fluctuations. They literally looted me for a lakh, sugar coating saying we will fix them and wasted our time for close to 6 months and they gave corona as reason and rejected to accept the machines from delivery partner and i had to pay to and fro charges. I requested them I am unable to do business, please take your faulty machines and give us atleast one machine which works fine. They speak very sweetly and sugar coat u but they will never provide any solution. Our business started very well and because of these faulty machines, we lost many customers saying we dont have waffles in a waffle store. I am attaching the proofs for everything. I have even attached screenshot of our chat, we received in october 2018 and we opened our store on 9th november 2018. We complained immediately after noticing and gonna be two years, they dont accept they have given faulty ones and refuse to replace. A 6k machine works way better than their machines!
