Engineers are usually not available, and you would have to drop your device with them, for them to work on it. But then the final time by which you would get it isnt guaranteed. Taking up time or appointments doesnt work either since its the same as not taking one.It really has the best products and provides good discounts. Its the customer policy that is extremely disappointing. If you have the contacts of good engineers, buy the replacement parts and get it done by your engineer.
