The sales people werent able to properly explain the specifications of the product and even the prices werent reasonable. They arent interested in showing you products that match your preference or budget, but rather interested in showing you products that they want to sell. Its better to buy from another place or online rather than paying a higher price here and not getting a product of your choice.

The products prices in store and vijaysales website are different. Vijaysales is selling products online for cheaper rate with guaranteed delivery on next day but if you visit store you end up paying higher price and a late delivery of product. Not happy with policy.. the people working in this store are very polite and helpful.

The sales executive was not showing the exact product which we wanted to purchase, he was saying maam first you decide whether you want to purchase this product only, and make the payment accordingly, then only we can open fresh piece as we dont have demo piece to show. In this how customer can decide . After convincing so many times the sales executive was ready to show but the manager denied to open .Vijay sales (link road malad) pathethic service they provide.

After selling the goods, there is no support from the dealer. If the product is defective you have to be in touch with the manufacturer only. I had purchased the top model of LG convection Microwave oven and on the first use itself the door rubber got burnt. Its been more than a month and the LG representatives are not able to arrange a replacement. The Vijay Sales guys are least bothered to help the customer. After spending so much for Home Appliances and getting a defective product, with no responsible response is really pathetic. Their standard response to this review will also be to contact vijay sales customer care, from where you just get a revert that they need to get in touch with the manufacturer. Its just Customer SCARE..

Very bad experience! more than 15 days but yet not delivered my booked refrigerator. They will just give an excuses that the product has not been dispatched from their warehouse. Not a proper co-ordination if you will call at the store they just give silly excuses, They only fool the customer. Guys go for online shopping or prefer some other store.

Very bad experience. This shop dont deliver on date and they dont bother to inform customer of delay. Calling customer care is no good. After few calls they will tell you they will give a call back but that does not happen either.
