Its a all in one electronics store , selling almost each and every products.The reason i gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is that the some salesperson are selfish , i mean that they will try to sell you a product on which they would earn more comission from that company for selling that particular product.Also before purchasing anything from the store directly, I would suggest that do your own research( from internet ) about that product category otherwise you would fell in that salespersons trap.If you dont want to do your own research then simply watch MRWHOSETHEBOSS on youtube for getting updated in tech especially mobile phones.

Very bad queue management and service by Croma Bhayander west store. I was in the queue for 15 mins but the gatekeeper was sending people inside at their own whims and fancy. No system of crowd management and corona safety. The manager of Croma store was least bothered to even look at customer complaints. This store is a blot on Tata group culture and customer service. I always preferred Croma because of my respect and affection for Tata group culture but I will never buy again from Croma. The people there ar store are completely insensitive to customers.
