They cheated me for 2 things.First - they took 500 extra and did not mentioned that amount in the bill.Second - they promised me the delivery will be done in two days before the sale, once the sale was done they changed their Statement saying that the product is out of stock due to demand so now it will be delivered after a weeks time.My mistake - I got a little lazy to visit other places where I could have had a better service or a good rate.Suggestions - visit this place at your own risk, if you are not in a hurry then you can place your order, or else look for other snehanjali centre like the one in Kandivali.

They dont even deserve one star... purchased a Voltas AC, coz they said their installation service is fastest. Once purchased, the installation guy called twice for installation but they did not delivered the product yet. Its three days now, still waiting and the most uncourteous and rude thing is that they dont reply your calls, they cut the customer calls rudely. Very Very bad experience. I ve purchased two AC from Croma and their service is fabulous they deliver their promise.

Most of the home appliances are available at market rate.Its good to have one place for all home appliances.

You will not get to see latest new arrivals electronic items, even the staff service is not that much satisfactory. Because if we ask any queries regarding electronic they have call & accordingly they reply.

One of the best place in Malad. Staff was very helpful and the prices as as good as online retailers. Visit once before buying online as you might find a better deal (especially for Malvani).

Central systems not functional with past customers data. Salesman are good but miss out on key points that customers require. My experience with purchasing products were good. After sales service is pathetic. As systems not functional, customers are expected to follow up and inform about demo (if required or not).

Dont buy anything from Snehaanjaali.My experience of ac was worst.They sell defective items.I am complaining about cooling of ac from last 3 months but they send a guy who only cleans up the ac and say “ that your ac is perfect”.The customer care service is worst.There is a clash between two technicians, one say other thing and another say different thing regarding ac.
