Partly because of my interest in a certain product and partly because of the amazing care the associates provide ensuring the visit is not wasted. Not only do they indulge you with your requests and product trials, they clarify all technical doubts one may have. Also, their follow up is pretty impressive. One of their new recruits, Adil, is proactive and also calls you to give you a heads up of the prevailing discounts etc. I visited today to buy the Bose Tempo Speaker sunglasses. That product is undoubtedly awesome.

The staff is very courteous and they help you in understanding the mechanism of the speakers. Special callout to Mr. Rahul at the store.

- 5 stars Pathetic services .I had an issue with Bose Soundsport earphone worth Appro 14k , Contacted the Customer care , they asked , when we resume services , we will inform you . They did resume in July or something , not sure . I contacted them in November . Till december , they informed that we will check and update . then they asked me to send the faulty one and will be replaced within 10 days of receipt . I did it in Dece 2020. followed up till Jan 2021 . then they said , our service cernter in mumbai is shifting. pls wait for few more days . then I contacted them in february , the no. is not available. BOSE official customer care no is not working too and now one of the numbers , it says service center is closed and hand it over to sme tvs electronics . with no. given which doesnt get connected till date .a company like BOSE , who charges premium behaves like this is not acceptablet .. 0 star for them . someone pls help frm Bose , if you reading this .

Dear All,At time of buying product the sales people are very soft spoken and not revealing the exact requirement of the internet speed for tour product.The sales man are not trained up to the mark. The service is worst by them, they will visit to your home but they do t even know how to get connected product to the Internet.Beware of buying Bose Sound Bar 700.The product needs WiFi speed of 100 Mbps with the dual port of the Router which I came to know after I brought the product.To play songs through the Bose app the above criteria is must. The sound setting is also in this app only.I have this system on 0% discount.The Alexa is a big problem with this system.Your voice can not recognise by her.The sound bar 700 is a complete failure product.The sales person Yunus Saiyad is a big talk person, don’t trust him at all.The product and the Bose 700 sound is a complete failure.Regards,Mahesh

If you are really interested in buying premium music system and interested in Bose then this is the place where you should get the demo. In big stores like Croma, reliance you will not be guage the clarity and strength of the system due to huge open space and noise around. I would recommend this place for music lovers who are interested in pure pleasure of music and not only in loud boom music.

Awesome store. I always love Bose products. Bose began extensive research aimed at clarifying factors that he saw as fundamental weaknesses plaguing high-end audio systems. Product is good but the service is poor. Sales staff never calls back whenever I enquired. When the product is delayed they should inform customer that it is delayed.

I purchased BOSE Wave Music System in November 2015. The system was not tested in BOSE outlet as the box packed system was delivered to me. Here I made a mistake !! I facing repetitive issues with this system and I have to go to BOSE service center almost once in two months. The problems are not getting resolved and now BOSE outlet simply giving up their responsibility. Every single time i approach them they are directing me to Service Center.The brand has its image but the product that i have received is really bad. Friends, take care while purchasing such costly systems.

The brand is selling defective products in India, leading to failure of multiple parts in the product, the engineer at the service center refused to reveal the data about how many lifestyle soundbar systems come up for repair but he said lot of them fail within 3 years. Thus, dont buy Bose products they are basically selling sub-standard products specially in India
