This store recommended me to buy a Hindware Hob from them and it was the worse product and I have been following up with their team and no-one is helping. Please avoid shopping here as they recommend products they get higher commissions

Sony Mony Electronics is a large showroom for electronic items situated at Swami Vivekanand road near Golden Tobacco factory and office in Vile Parle west Mumbai. However it appears they are not always well stocked or have the latest variety available. The staff are decent and try their best to help. Worth a visit atleast for a comparison of products and prices.

No sense of professionalism or knowledge of the products specifications and availability. They are highly disrespectful towards other peoples time. Moreover they were reluctant to accept card payment for a Playstation 4 which costs upwards if INR 30,000. Since I wasnt carrying this much cash, I was compelled to leave empty handed. Such practices do not advocate confidence or project their willingness to sell.

Whenever you enter the big store, you will find it empty and whoever has bought from here has reported some kind of complaint.Very few options to choose from that are availableAnd only 1 store keeper to assist you, so Maybe do your research.And prices are obviously high since they are a big store, they gotta pay for the AC and the space they rented.

Cheating customers by giving false nd incorrect information to make their sales. Deepak (staff )from vile parle sony Mony. Purchased Whirlpool refrigerator and Carrier 1.5 ton Air conditioner. Was told that cost of AC is 39k and installation is Rs 499 plus extra copper wire will cost Rs 250 per feet. Products got delivered at home nd at the time of installation they are charging Rs300 per feet. Wen asked why this was not mentions at the time of purchase. They are just taking their hand offs that its not Sony monys concern. No one is willing to help and support as their sales is complete. As a customer we buy items as per our budget and deepak gave me false amount to make his sales. Becoz of him i am suppose to pay 4k extra if I need ac to be installed becoz there is no return policy.

One of the best place for buying home appliances and electronics.

Its a good place to buy electronics. Acs, refigerators, laptops, television, washinmachine...they have it all. And it on s v road making it easily accessible. Place is huge with lots of varienty in every appliances. You also get home appliances here. I personally bought Lloyd AC here which was not available at other places. Happy customer.
