The product is having some issues...failed twice within a year and now for last 2 months the complaint is not being attended give lame excuses. Arrogance to the core in dire situation like a pendemic.

Ive paid approximately Rs 14000/- (cant remember) for a geyser less than three years ago. It has malfunctioned three times and now requires Rs8000/- to get it fixed. Is this a joke?
