I went to the store to exchange my old OnePlus 6 for the newer OnePlus 9. I was attended to by Mohammed and my entire experience was swift and very pleasant. Mohammed was quick and efficient despite the store being busier than usual. The billing and the data transfer was handled very well and without any delays. Kudos to the entire team.

I went to buy the one plus pro 9 3 weeks ago for my birthday. The morning mist colour was not available. The agents in the shop said it will come in a week took my number to call when it comes. Since then I have been following up and they still havent got it. They said its available online but the offer that is available in the store is not online. So we requested for them to call for it from the website but they refused. They hardly have stores in Mumbai all far off locations. This is the service they provide. Well they definitely lost a genuine customer. Will look for some other phones now.

The salesperson with that attitude would tick you off 😒 so what if I entered the store just 15 mins before the closing time, the odacity of telling the billing counter is going to shut, so.... and genuinely i did have the intent to buy it from a Oneplus store, but with that attitude, I decided to walk out. Staff of one plus store vile parle is very Rude to talk with customers and we hade selected one plus nord 2 phone after half and hour of seeing the phone we decided to buy Green colour nord 2 but the salesman who was Showing us the phone at time of payment he told us that nord 2 green coulour is not available so we told him that u should tell us 1st when we were Seeing the green one why you didnt told us 1st ; and we suggested him that if green colour phone is not available than pls remove it from Display so he told us that we cant remove it from Display ; and on that point he started arrguing with us ; as we Step out of shop ; salesman man of one pls store and other staff members came outside of store and started to arguing with us ; the salesman if the store was about to Fight with us We are Disappointed from one plus store of Vile parla

Good Service experienced from Mohammed at the irla One +store.

There was honestly nothing much to experience in the store. All they had were the phones on display and everything else in boxes! It wouldve been a lot better if they had other devices in the store to show people how the phone connects with devices such as TVs, music systems, tabs, phones and computers. Its what I had expected to see at least.This just looked like a massive waste of space to me and I felt sorry for having traveled so far to check this place out! The lighting in the store didnt help either.So if you just want to check their phones out, there are a whole bunch of unboxers who do a much better job of it on YouTube.

This one plus showroom is located in vile parle and it is the only one plus official showroom in Mumbai. You will find many smart phones show room here like redmi, sumsung, Moto etc. The staff is cooperative and they have sittings available inside the showroom. They also have bottles of water available for the costumer incase you have travelled a long way and come(the thing I liked the most).

No service center on the western line. Thats very inconvenient

Oneplus Authorized store is located in Prime mall, Vile parle west. It has shifted from shop no. 1 to the next shop. So, thats why their contact number is switched off. The staff is very friendly and interactive. Currently Oneplus 7 pro is on display and sale. Only mirror grey colour is available now. Nebula Blue will be available for sale from 28th May 2019. Nebula blue is available on display in-store. The Overall experience was very good. It was fun to buy the phone as it is getting sold out really fast. There are many payment options available. EMI from HDFC is also available. If you use SBI Credit card you get flat Rs.2000/- off and for SBI Debit card get flat Rs.1500/- off. Oneplus phone cases, chargers, backpack bags, are also available for sale.

They have started in-shopping now. Went there to check out Nord, 8T and other phones. Not all combinations available like colour, memory etc. Social distancing was properly maintained. Salesman was helpful and answered all queries. Overall good experience.Parking is a problem so avoid taking car. Not sure if nearby municipal parking is open.

Bought One Plus 8 in less than 20 mins based on the quick service of the shop. Right from Marketing to Purchase, everything was super quick and the guidance while unboxing was apt too. Keep up the good work.

The shop looks good .. but the staff working there have no knowledge. They dint even knew how the refresh rate works and whats the difference between qhd and full hd. I was the one to adress them the same. Even there was one guy who was arrogant and dint even know how to handle customers. It might be possible that the other staff might be good but still it was an sad experience.

Decently managed crowd during COVID. The sales person inside was helpful and insightful. Certain things were out of stock but that is normal with any popular store I guess. The location is in a mall hence parking is not an issue. I dont remember a ramp hence the place is not wheelchair friendly
