Good products. Pets are not allowed inside so trials are a big hassle and also a safety hazard since its done on a busy footpath beside a very busy road.

Very beautiful little store located in Worli .They have such a vast selection of toys , treats , clothes , leashes , harnesses, you name it and its there .Their harnesses and leashes are of really good quality and really sturdy and they have the cutest designs too to make your fur baby stand out.If youre looking for a really good and sturdy harness Id recommend the Ruffwear hearnesses , especially for bigger breeds and high energy dogs . I bought one from HUFT 1.5 years ago and its still in great shape. Its expensive . But totally worth it and saves the trouble of replacing poor quality harnesses every couple of months .The staff is extremely polite and helpful with a lot of knowledge of all the products they have. The customer service is amazing . And they really make an effort to do whatever possible from their end so that youre not inconvenienced .Definitely recommend HUFT to all pet parents out there.

DO NOT TRUST THEIR TREATS. My dog has developed a permanent liver problem (ascites)I had bought a few variety of treats and fed it to my dog. Now my dog has developed a permanent liver problem (ascites). He was completely ok until I had fed him the treats I purchased from Heads Up For Tails. Now my dog is suffering and has to go through a treatment for his entire life. He has gotten really sick recently and there is nothing that can be done. These guys import their treats god knows from where, so ppl be careful.

The mall is not pet friendly so by default the store is not pet friendly either!The staff is very apologetic about the situation but there is no warning on the website which can lead to some awkward situations if you show up with your pets.Love their products..but they need to change locations. You cant have a petstore that doesnt allow pets!

The shop is pretty, but everything is really overpriced. I get the same stuff in the local shop or online for much less.

Compared to the sky high expectations I had, I was a tad bit disappointed. Expected more stock and a better store handler who is not handing out hand written tax invoices :(Hoping to have a better experience the next time I come by.
