They say they do night service also but unfortunately when it came for home delivery during an extreme emergency they say they dont know where the area is.When given full address and made them understood the address they say they know English and cant find boards written in English. When told that our building board is also written in Marathi they say sir delivery boy is on leave and wont be possible to deliver as they are new in the area.My house is just 10 Mins walking from their chemist and they say it is difficult to deliver medicines and other surgical items as they dont have vehicle to reach us.Such a shame when you cannot stay on your words why do you mention 24 Hrs delivery.When you are tested you simple enough of excuses to get away with the situation.Dont trust them for delivery in emergency as patient may die but they have their own problems.

No one is picking up the call trying all their numbers since an hour.Even sent message on whats app number but no revert very careless attitude

Pathetic service they never receive the phone and if they receive it after trying 100 times they deliver the urgent medicine also very late
