Not recommended.Very Rude Doctor.

I went to get a duplicate birth certificate for my brother....the birth in question was of 1979.. The lady in question (sister) was extremely unprofessional. First she refused to divulge any details...then after requesting she asked me to come after two days so that they can search files...I got a call later in a day that files have been found...Two days later when i went she refused to recognize me n said no such request of search was made.......After that she told me the date of birth was oneday later than i known...so i asked if i can see The register in question to check the birth timings...she refused... I then conceded n asked her to give the birth certificate as the way it is... She demanded 500 rs for duplicate copy...i said fine but i ll need the receipt for it....she flatly refused to do so .. now after 2 days...today i received the certificate...i i sent my brother to collect it...When he went to collect...surprise surprise...the day of birth was exactly i thought it would be....Not any difference....then why she wasted my time...this time my brother insisted to see the register in question to establish the details...this time she agreed. And finally after all the trouble....we got the real date verified from register.After all this hassle...she had audacity to ask for chai paani for providing such details.... extremely rude and unprofessional staff they have..I wonder if this is how they treat a simple request...how do they treat their patients...Sad to see such a great institution has fallen so bad over the years....all my maternal family cousins are born there ...n this is how we are treated...
