Worst hospital I have seen in my life..I would suggest people to go to municipal hospital instead going to thsi hospital...Municipal hospital gives better service then this hospital...I was having a mediclaim and they asked for the 10k deposit..Now its been 1 year...I am still doing a follow up with the hospital stuff regarding my refund and they say we are looking into this we need more time...If you have lot of money then waste your money in this hospital..once you admitted they will double charge you and they wont give you the deposit amount refund...#fraud hospital...

Only get yourself or your beloved admitted here if you dont care about yours or theirs lives. The staffs are typical gundas and threaten to beat you up if you raise a voice against anything. There is no coordination between the doctors and the nurses it seems. I never got a call from them in the initial 5 days of my mother getting admitted. All they care about is money, the moment you say you have a Mediclaim their eyes will start to glow out of happiness.

Worst hospital.Even staff steal patients personal belonging. My sister was admitted on 1st March & she died on 13th March. After paying a huge bill we got her body after several hours, we have yet not received her personal beg which carry around ₹2000/-, bank cards and other documents. They are not replying us, they dont even care to check cctv footage. I think some higher authority has steal the beg, so the are hiding them.Worst management so dont ever recommend this hospital to anyone.

Very good hospital in terms of treatment for covid patients. My father was is very bad state with 70 % infection but now after 8 days he is perfectly fine. I would like to specialy mention very helpful staff ujwal who is very supportive, Hemant sir is handling the administration very nicely. Doctors are continuously monitoring patients and gives daily feedback to relatives. I am very satisfied with the services and the quantity of treatment. Thank you to all the platinum staff for saving my father.

Worst hospital in vasai virar region I was admitted in June 2020 and experienced worst treatment doctor in there prescription wrote 7 tablet and nurses were giving me only 3-4 tablet ( vitamin c b complex and other basic) important tablet which were costly they didnt provided but charged in bill.... and dont believe in good reviews because they ask to give good reviews before discharge and they themselves type reviews on patients phone if patients dont knw to type in English and its been 8 months still they didnt gave my security deposit back tired calling them multiple times still they always gives excuses they just looting people I was charged so much for basic treatment .

It is the worst hospital i have ever been, staff is so arrogant, I am really pity of reception guys who are working more than 14 hours also they do not have any knowledge about the system they are using. Specially if you are using mediclaim facility do not submit more than rs 5000, It will be really difficult to get your amount back, It took me more than 50 days after many follow ups, I need to provide all settlement letters which was not my responsibility. Staff is not aware how to fill details for mediclaim, it was 20% of total amount i have to pay due to ignorance and bad assumption of the hospital.Please avoid to go yo hospital.Bad sanitation.staff arrogant and no knowledge of system

My mother was detected with Covid 19 and she was admitted here:1. Good nursing care.2. Good line of treatment.3. God like doctors who saved her from the virus and gave her a new life.4. Decent infrastructure.Regrets:1. Very poor way of billing.2. If you want to claim your reimbursement it will either be denied or would take a long time with proper follow up.3. Final bill has several charges billed as OPD, this insurance company will question.4. You will get the final bill ONLY after you make the payment (I wonder isnt it my right to get the bill first, see through it and then make the payment)5. The billing department has no sense, they are not professionals. The accounting standard followed by the hospital is incorrect, it makes a huge task to get the bill claimed.6. If you decide to go CASHLESS you will still have to pay several upfront charges making no sense to go cashless.Overall:Dr. Sudiya Ghosal and her team were a life saver.Billing team and the people who puppet the billing team and whisper when they speak gave me sleepless nights because of incomplete billing, unexplained charges.

The admin staff, they are very slow when it comes to preparing the patients medical file and giving it to the patient. Constant follow is required if you want to get the complete medical file.

The Hospital is better than the ones that are they in and around Vasai. Treatment was very good and the doctors were amazing. The staff was very helpful as well. Only the negative part was the restrooms hygiene and they were always stinking and dirty. Could do better with the cleanliness of it.

Platinum hospital reception staff is inefficient and loathy in their working. Dont give discharge documents on time. They keep patients and relatives waiting for too much time. At the time of discharge, they force you to give a positive feedback on google and only then proceed with discharge formalities. Very bad.

Very bad experience..even report says that patient is corona negative but then also doctors say that all symptoms are of corona and they want to treat for corona. Patient had recovered about 80% as per doctors of platinum hospital. So I have taken 2nd opinion from another doctor (from other hospital) and decided to take discharge after 2 days as patient had recovered almost 80%(as per doctors of Platinum Hospital). And when doctors of platinum hospitals comes to know that we are going to take discharge of the patient, suddenly the health of the patient gets deteriorating and the very next day the patient dies.

Overall satisfaction is excellent. I would refer to all my family members, relatives to this hospital. I am happy to this hospital
