Really loved the food here, specially the masala dosa, masala uttapam were really so perfect & tasteful alongwith the tomato & coconut chutney. Though the menu pricing are too high but being at the airport its the normal range
The idlis and wada served at IG international departure lounge is terrible and not fresh . Stark contrast to the food served by indli.com at Mumbai Airport.
Friendly staff, decent food for a quick bite at the domestic airport.
Food items available there were not freshly cooked. Also the taste was not upto the mark. However, at domestic airport, its a better option for south Indian food lovers like 👍
The quality of food was very bad. The time taken to serve predominantly because of tools they have to hear the good too lot of time. The staff was extremely curteous. The management can do much better with the staff they have. Because of quality of food and serving time, it is a utter water off time to visit this place.
This is a rating for the outlet inside the domestic airport. I had moong dal I list at 6am and they were quite fresh and tasty. Less than Rs.200 for 3 idlis is also quite reasonable when it comes to airport food.
Food quality and service, both can be improved immensely.
Located at exit gate of Mumbai Airport. The place is in food court area with open seating space. Food quality was good. Food taste was ok ok. Price are nominal. The place have rush all the day due to low price and its quick preparation of food.
A friend of mine got food poisoning from the veg biriyani from here. When you are charging exorbitant rates , the bare minimum a customer expects is healthy and fresh food . A place like this should be allowed to continue working at a busy place like Mumbai airport. Please avoid at all costs
Worst service. Waited for 20 minutes for my order (medu wada sambar). When i walked up to the counter to check for the order status i realised that these guys had probably forgotten or overlooked the order. I was sitting right in front of the counter and had seen the staff move in and out of the store casually and wasting time. I asked them to cancel my order and claimed refund after which the girl at the cash counter kept requesting to wait for a minute and that they will make the medu wada in one minute and serve. I wonder how that was possible. I finally got the refund and cancelled the order after repeated requests.
Priced at an exorbitant Rs 290 for masala dosa, the taste was disappointing...bland sambhar & chutney.
Excellent service by the young lady @the till on 20thJan 2019 morning 6 am.. Highly motivated effecient and leadership qualities. She will be an asset if guided and provided with right opportunities. Fabulous idlis too. Thank you
It’s a trash. Do not try this place. Chutney and sambar disaster. Never had such worst Idli and chutney in my life by paying too much money.
Minimalistic but good spread of menu to choose from. Comfortable seating but not air conditioned
This food joint is located in food court area with open seating space. Food is good both quality and quantity wise, extra helping of chutney and Sambhar is also available.Prices are normal and quick service. Staff is friendly. Now about food we ordered;Vada Pav (hot and spicy with dry and wet chutney)Idli (piping hot with Sambhar and two types of chutney)Masala Chai (piping hot)Good place for quick and delicious breakfast at airport at any hours of time.
Really bad quality.. Vada was fermented too much and was sour
I have had bland food before. But this place serves awfully untasteful food for an unjustifiably exorbitant price. This food is a disgrace in the name of South Indian cuisine. Please refrain from eating here even as a last resort.
Good Staff especially Divya who was courteous and friendly! Ended up eating a lot!
It is expected that things at airport will be a little costly but this one is so costly that you feel that you are enjoying luxury if having idli at Space Station or at Antarctica camp. Moreover quality is very poor. Chatnis at times give odour to reveal date of making. A plate of idli costs Rs 290! Coffee costs Rs 130 and despite that quality and quantity is poor. I realized that it is better to observe fast that to eat your own wallet. Are expenses if AAI so high that they are unable to meet it from fuel charges? If so why coffee costs just 40 Rs at Mangalore and Chennai airports? Why fleece your own fellow Indians. We dont complain about these things because we fear that people will laugh at us for being poor and not able to spend that much. Yes Champagne should be costlier than desi tharra but there is nothing special about their idli and coffee. Please try to see things in right perspective.
Steaming hot Idles and Medu vada, with piping hot sambhar. You can have as much chutney and sambhar as you want. Courteous staff. Enough place to sit and savour.
Freshness missing. Not worth thr price
Very over priced... needs lot of staff to cope with the morning rush hour.. service is bad.. food is okay.. not worth the price paid
Bad Experience. Idli, chutney and sambhar all were old, cold and almost spoilt when served. On asking about the quality, staff member says it was prepared today in the morning without any regrets and serving it at 20:50 hours.
Really bad food quality and taste
Too slow service. Took 25 minutes to get idli order. Taste okay not good not bad.
Taste is not good, average roadside Anna serves better Idali than this store. Please send your staff to south india for training on how to make idali.
This is not well lighted, staff seemed squabbling, napkin served here is pretty small, not sure if anyone knows here what a napkin is supposed to be like. Food was okay but not outstanding.
Quick service, great for airport lunch
Worst place to have south Indian food
Tried rasam vada. Tate good. They have vada, dosa, upama. All south India foods
Stale food,I bought a quick goto package before boarding my flight.I bought idli dipped in sambhar, it was old and sour and stinky. I bought vadapavsThose were smelling so bad, I had to face embarrassment from co passengers along with disappointments from food because it wasn’t worth eating. It was bad and old.
Good place for veg foods. Masala dosa is very nice.
Their chilli bhajis on a rainy day...!! U cant ask for more..
Very bad tasting idli.. spoiling the name of the dish... Refried vada very bad..
Had the best filter Kaapi!
Very poor service....they forget to give food items ...we have to ask for it n Mitty in rice
Right now ordered for Dosa at 3.55 and still waiting. If you are in hurry just avoid
When you land and you want some idili
Bad quality, bad taste , my stomach is still suffering .
Really bad , a small cup of Rs 130 coffee at least should be hot...useless
Fair enough for idlis
Very expensive and very poor quantity. Worthless.
Pathetic service. horrible attitude
