Worst experience ever. Rude and badly behaved staffWorst experience ever. The cash counter exec - Aman, was rude, non-cooperative, tried to be sarcastic and was extremely unhelpful and on requesting to talk to the customer exec and manager to resolve an issue, he said, I wont , you go and talk if you want to and go check on the floor for the manager if you want to and he kept mumbling inside the mask. The manager was not there for a while and only after creating a ruckus did the other executives called him until then they lied that he was not there, where as he was busy chatting with someone instead of attending the customer. The manager - Sumit , said I cant do anything about this , you tell me what to do. My issue was not about the product not being efficiently packed but their behaviour and attitude and the cheap behaviour towards woman by Mr. Aman. And his manager encouraged it. Even when he was called to talk he took his own sweet time. I went to the store for the experience but if this was the experience I was to get, Id rather shop on Amazon. The behaviour of executive is direct testimony to the efficiency of the manager and the stores owner. Hated the whole experience. Will never visit again. The manager was not even wearing a mask.

Good place for home n furnishings but need more options for kitchen

It has almost everything with good quality products. The rates are worth. They keep on having nice offers too. The staff is very helpful, they help you also by giving suggestions...they run quickly if you need any help to get the needed shopping items. They have good collection of paintings, household things, rugs, vases, bedsheets, curtains, etc....would be better if they could expand the shop and if furniture for show too. In all it was a great experience.

It is a nice place for household shopping available all under one roof and that too at fairly competitive rates. Attractive display makes shopping easier.

Good place, ample car parking, accept all cards, stores good stuff. Utensils are of good quality and home decor items are also good.

Perfect place for shopping for house decor and stuffs like bed, dining table, kitchen appliances, sofa etc. Just one think I would like to suggest is check the product you need to buy from here and compare it with Amazon may be you might find it for better price.

Homestop as the name suggests is a shoppers stop shop where you can buy goodies for your house. The place is a good to visit if you have a good budget, things you find here can be really decorative for your house and can also be very useful.The place should be visited once if you just have moved into your own newly made house. Things might do wonders to your place but the rates are very high leaving people no option other than just window shopping.

Nice place and good staff especially in the crockery section. We bought complete tea and dinner sets. They helped us pack those nicely. Check out lines are a bit slow but not bad at all.

My Google Review # 000158.Visited this store last week for a house-related shopping.The store is aptly designed keeping the huge range of household stuff that it sells. The spac e is huge and the passage between counters is also good enough to give you a feeling of roominess.Being located inside the Inorbit Mall, you also, need to access it through Shoppers Stop from the 2nd floor.The store sells almost everything related to household goods like furniture, cutlery, dustbins, tea sets, washroom related stuff, curtains, pillow covers and much more.I would rate it 5-star, purely for the roominess and the variety of goods. And, yes, the items are decently priced as well.Date of Experience : January 2020.

Homestop -sloppy service!One product couldnt be delivered on time. Arent even aware regarding the progress of the item ! Negligent even after customer complains...Customer service is ZERO ...They dont receive calls, nothing is communicated properly....they love to waste customers time ....U guys need to start taking only half price during the purchase and the rest on delivery !

Purchased a dining table from them on 17 oct 2019, they are real bad about answering phone calls when u are awaiting delivery. They never initiate a call to.update you.delivery taking longer than i was told. Wont make a second furniure buy here again.

The collection and service staff are excellent. However, one thing that can improve is the number of billing counters and the billing staff attitude which takes away from the whole shopping experience

Good place to buy home and office furniture as well as crockery. You can buy the same products online from them at 10% cheaper price. But better buy through Pepperfry or Urbanladder as if you buy thru them , they have exchange policy and returns accepted which is not the case if you buy directly in Homestop.
