The staffs are very courteous and polite, helpful too. COVID hygiene is maintained properly. The ambience, the quality of rooms are very good. The only reason Ive given it 4 stars instead of 5 is they are short staffed, services from housekeeping are delayed, thats probably because of COVID situation I guess. Otherwise excellent

This is a review for the banquet service of the hotel. We recently had a small, intimate family event at the banquet room of Waterstone and I must say it was excellent.This was the second time we chose to host a personal event at this venue, not just because of the setting but because of the service offered by the team in charge of banquets.Vincent Rasquinha and his team did an outstanding job. Vincent was always available to help with everything from the menu to sorting out the finer details of the event. The food was amazing and the service exceptional. Our guests had a great time, thanks to the warm hospitality of Vincent team.

The rooms are good, with comfortable beds and nice airport views through the window. But the reading lights are not working during my stay. The hot water is so extreme and the faucets are not quickly adjustable I had wasted 10-15 minutes just in adjusting the right temperature to take shower. Complimentary WiFi doesnt work devices are never connected and no support from the staff.

I have already shared this feedback with them, hopefully it has been rectified.2) Staff - The staff is very supportive, courteous and helpful. They are always eager to assist you with a smile.3) Room - Very spacious, and very well decorated. It has everything, starting from a sofa, a comfy bed, to workstation; great utilisation of the space... I loved the room...Buffet - The breakfast spread was really nice. I specially loved the typical mumbai food counter (which had pavbhaji and wadapav) thats rare in a breakfast buffet. For lunch and dinner, the spread can be improved - There was only veg soup and no starters in the buffet. One nonveg soup and couple of starters in the spread would have been nice.The clubhouse - This is definitely their crown jewel. The olympic sized pool is magnificent. Unfortunately, we couldnt use it due to COVID restrictions, The gym has all the equipment one can ask for and its very well maintained. The spa and the therapists are great. You can use the badminton / basketball court based on prior appointment.Overall a beautiful property with a great club house.

More of a business hotel than a 5 star. Centralised AC - one cant control room ac temp. Limited food options- manager tells customers to order only from certain items that he chooses if its buffet in package and there is no buffet that day.

Poor Buffet spread, even a 3 star has better spread. Small rooms and rude staff, they need a lot of improvement. Only good thing about this hotel is club.

Rooms are smaller than compared to Five Star rooms in general. At present heavy construction going on so not very pleasant to visit. Rates are very genuine considering very close proximity to Airport. Absoloutely terrible hotel!! Rooms are dirty, there was a rat on the floor! This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, please do not stay here! They also do not know how to treat guests and worst customer service of any hotel I have ever stayed in! Very smelly and unhygienic and the staff were creepy, please dont waste your money staying here, there are way better hotels nearby! This is also not good for kids, I felt very unsafe to be here

Amazing experience... Pool side much visit

It has a personal theater of around 20 people but one can book it for their personal family experience. Theres no minimum limit for it. Also, apart from the swimming pool, all the other game zones are open. Brilliant place!

Good place with Great ambiance. Im giving 4 star and not 5 because of service and readiness for new check-ins. We had to wait for quite sometime as the type of room we booked wasnt available inspite of booking it in advance. The TV network doesnt work. The food quality is good but the food service takes very long time.

3 Star only for the staff. Hotel is Ageing and You can see it. Not A maintained property apart from the club. Corridor from the lift to your room is filthy. specially check outside room no 621 its dirty. I dont even know if it was sanitized. Hand towels are subject to availability I believe. Washroom floor towel not available. Expired Sugar, I dont know how many I Consumed with my coffee(especially in this covid time). Same Corridor used to collect all the Dirty linen and passes by you. Housekeeping trolley was super Dirty. I dont even know how a fresh and sanitized room could have been delivered with that dirty trolley. Not a pleasant experience for a 5-star Property. Please, keep the entrance clean.

Only good part about the hotel is that its newly made and room have nice interior. Rest you will have to struggle for everything.. From checkin to basic stuff in room like water, hand towel, dental kit, shaving kit & other toiletries. For each item, you need to call 8-10 times and if u r lucky, u would get it in an hour or 2They didnt keep basic things like 2 glasses for water was also missing and I got it after 5 calls and 30 mind wait.Check in time is 2pm and I reached by 12 noon.. Reception lady was behaving as I was trying to enter her house forcefully. Did wait till 1pm they didnt give room and was rude as well. I am a business traveller and most hotels allow check in by even 10 or 11am as per flight schedule n we even checkout by 8am to 10 am in morning.Pathetic service and pathetic people handling this hotel.

Waterstone is a place I would love to visit once again. Rooms are spacious with attractive themes. Staff is cooperative and service is great. One should visit waterstone club as it offers some exciting activities to get you rejuvenated.Breakfast is good but needs more options which could be found in other 5 star hotels.Overall experience is amazing.

The service was the worst, would never recommend anyone this hotel. The guy named Rohit was a disaster. He couldnt even explain the package properly. He sent a buffet menu card, and when we arrived it was an Ala-carte menu card. We were promised a welcome drink. A welcome drink means a drink which is given when u check in. We received the welcome drink which was included in our package almost 3 hours after our check in. The cake which was promised to us was given to us after many calls. Plus even that was given late. Were very disappointed. Room also wasnt upto the mark. We could easily have gone to Radisons in the same amount.Wouldnt recommend this place ever. If a person named Rohit approaches you just run the opposite way, as he is bad news.

This hotel has pathetic services nothing is given as promised its a big scam for the amount Charged..I had booked a romantic package to surprise my husband but it was very disappointing the welcome drink was given after 2 hours after check in after reminding them plenty of times and same with the cake as well ..it was supposed to be a WELCOME DRINK.and the food menu was given and it wasnt even mentioned to be alakatSo I will never ever recomend it to anyone. And I am soo done with the hotel and the services given by the hotel

Good rooms but horrible service, no one picks up the phone, the process to check in and out as well as getting your luggage to the room is painfully slow. The staff are also extremely rude especially at the front desk.

Located in the midst of the city, this property has an international vibes. Once you enter inside you will feel as if you are out at a new location. The interiors are good, ambiance is nice, the landscape is well maintained. Rooms are huge and bathroom comes with bath tub.Although we were amazed with this property and the ambience it offers, the stay experience really spoiled the mood. Despite of booking the rooms well in advanced and placing certain requests,none of them were followed.We had booked ourselves rooms for long weekend starting from a Friday. On Friday we decided to stay in twin sharing room and Saturday we were to switch to a Suite room.Considering the current situation, people generally take the staycations to relax themselves...but here my relaxation went for toss. The reservation staff is so slow and confused. My check out from this room to suite was at 3, there was no calls or confirmation from them. I had to follow up to find out what they upto. They kept saying we preparing the room, give us sometime. In this my whole time was wasted and I could rest well or nap coz I had a thing in my mind that they will call anytime. After going back again and again, finally at 5pm we were shifted to suite. Imagine almost a day was wasted from staying at suite.Finally after checking in, we realised we were given a suite which was near the bar area,not much privacy and despite of requesting the view...we got something so worst. There was no view in balcony and it was all covered by the trees in front. We went to them and requested them to change our room, the staff at front desk asked us to wait for fifteen minutes. After going back to them again, they were like we cannot shift you guys,that is the only suite available now. They started doing bargaining about what add on services they can give us. It sounded so much like a matket place and we were really turned off. They decided to give us complimentary wine. When it reached our room and we tasted, it tasted so bad.It tasted more like sparkling water than wine. Stop fooling customers by serving bad stuff at name of complimentary offers.Firstly our day was wasted from checking in to suite, plus we were be asked to vacant it on time the next day, plus no view and not great room. Such a bad experience with the stay here.The first room also had no view. So basically just because they are full with bookings,they will place you anywhere. They dont even read the requests you send them.Also nothing is well organised in the room,you have to call the maintanence,house keeping, room service etc all the time if u need anything. Water they serve is only four small bottles. When we asked for extra water in night, we were sent with two jug bottles in the room. I mean the normal hotels also provides with bottled water, we were ready to pay also...but what is this system of sending jugs?The clubhouse area is very beautiful, well maintained. This is a peaceful sight and you can actually sit and chill here to enjoy the view.The booking mentioned we can opt for buffet dinner/lunch by paying 1k extra. We were prepared for that so we walked in to the restaurant for dinner. There we got to know they have shut the buffet service due to covid...fair enough. We decided to eat from the a la carte menu. We ate pan Asian meal,the food was tasty and portions were good enough.The breakfast spread is limited and not so vast You can definitely skip eating at the hotel.Coming to the maintanence of the property. The rooms are not well maintained. We were staying in a suite and it was such a turn off.Though the room was huge and came with two bathrooms, it was not well organised. Also the next morning it rained heavily, so the ceiling above bath tub in bathroom started leaking. We never saw such site at any of the properties we stayed at.The other staff (room service,house keeping) is good and helpful. Front desk staff is non supportive, slow,confused and just doesnt care about your experience. We had a bad experience staying here.Be careful with your booking here.

The say was a wedding gift from our friends and overall the stay was decent. We got a good deal monetarily but there are a few glaring issues that the hotel needs to address.Pros - big rooms and a courtoues room service staff food is pretty tasty tooCons - the reception needs a lot of work, we were trying to speak to the hotel before arriving and no one responded to calls, thats very frustrating. After arriving at the hotel at 2, we got our room at 3:30. It seemed to be a recurring problem with the hotel as almost every guest at the hotel had a fight with them regarding the same. The reception doesnt know how to handle guests. They are either too much under pressure due to covid or havent been trained well. Nevertheless, the brand of the hotel is getting very badly impactedEven while we were in the room, getting to speak to reception was almost impossible the call would never get through.I wouldnt want to stay here in future.

Rude staff in the front office and club house... Had requested for an early check in but was denied...had also been approved for a complentary birthday cake but was denied on check in..Main reason for staying in this resort was to go towards the club house building which has the pool and other activities ...but was denied to visit the building post 4 even to click pictures and walk around...it makes no sense when the check-in time is at 3 , u close the entry at 4 in the club house..u should atleast allow ur customers to walk around other than keeping the locked in the room with nothing to do in the hotel building.Staff do not take feedback positively and are very aggressive...Pillow in the room gives u severe neck pain. Only postive part is that the restaurant staff r polite and helpful. Food is average. View from the room is horrible with all slums visible.Room size is good.

The worst experience ever. We had prebooked the king suite in hotel. Still, We had to wait till 4:00pm to get our room keys. Service were so bad that even basic needs like room services like cleanup was not available on time. The worst experience ever.Id never think about going back this hotel.

Commendable service at their restaurant - All stir fry

Upon our arrival we had to wait for atleast 30 min for a room which i didnt mind given the current situation. We ordered food to the rooms which was fine. We went for dinner at 9pm to their restaurant. We were seated immediately post which we were attended to by the staff. We were then informed that as part of the package we can order 1 thing from the below options. 1. A burger, 2. A portion of pasta, 3. A portion of Biryani, 4. A preset meal of dal, rice, roti and curry. The waiter went on to tell us that the only available curry options are either veg curry or fish. After a lil debate they agreed to give me a chicken curry instead. We were informed that the food would take about 15 to 20 min which is a decent amount of time for preparation. However the food only came in by 9:45pm. And finally after multiple reminders to the waiter we were finally served water after 10pm after having to call for the restaurant manager.1 litre of water was provided in the room and anything more was chargable @140rs a bottle of water.Overall pathetic service though their website mentions 5 star service hotel.Absolute waste of money.

Excellent test. Most important is room Serive is excellent. Staff has always smiley face. Good service from Mr. Ashish and Mr. Roshan

Waterstones ❤️I recently visited this amazing Hotel which is located near the International Airport in Marol area of Mumbai. Its a beautiful place with really nice rooms. We were impressed with the Hospitality and their Staff.The Food served here was really good and they have their In house Restaurants. I loved the food at All Stir Fry and also the lavish Breakfast.They also have a Club which has various activities like Gym, Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Badminton, Squash, Movie Theatre, Library, etc.I surely recommend this place to people who would like to stay nearby the Airport in Mumbai.

This is one of the 🆒 Stay in hotel immediately after lockdown.We were staying with family 11 June to 13 June 21 and it was some sort of a family get together and three families were occupying Room 514,516,519 & 501.They had offered a very nice comprehensive weekend package to us. It was a very reasonable package for such a 🆒5 Star rated hotel, which really helped us a lot to rejuvenate ourselves and our families after such a long lockdown experience.The facility is very wide spread nicely maintained toooo. A warm hospitality you can experience not only professionally but personally also. The hotel was overflowing with guests due to first weekend after lockdown.The staff is very helpful without any expectations & ready to help you going one step extra For sure I can name one or two people, Mr.Swakit Ghule from room services & Mr. Aman and the lady from housekeeping who kept our kids rooms Tidy Up.The rooms amenities facilities are nice neat and clean. Ambiance and views from room are cool.After such a long lockdown minor inconveniences you have to ignore because they have started also after such a long break.The views from some of the rooms for flight take off are really very nice.The breakfast spread is also recommendable and they will serve you few extra dishes if requested. The other delicacy which we called during lunch and dinner or at room was good food too. Prices are meeting the quality & services.The pool areas first look is breath taking and you will forget you are in the middle of Mumbai. Recommending to have a nice walk around. Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions the 🏊 was not allowed.The Clubhouse recreation facilities like🏸Badminton court, 🏸 Squash Court, 🏓 Childrens play room these are really very excellently managed and recommendable facilities. Proper assistance and attention of the staff will enhance your pleasure for sure. The Gym is well equipped and worth trying too.To sum up definitely this a perfect recommendation for small escape from Mumbai but within Mumbai. We booked 2 rooms for a night which we got for good deal however the service was a disaster. Considering the ambience on their site I was impressed with the hotel and then booked it. I even confirmed with the staff on call if we will be allowed to click pictures near pool side considering utilising the pool was restricted due to pandemic rules, however, when we reached there we had to argue with the management for 30mins for this and then we were allowed for 10 mins. What is the use of displaying pictures on site when you don’t even allow exploring the property. It is misguiding the customers. They said the pool was part of club and not the hotel then don’t display club images under hotel. The service was pathetic had to wait for 20 mins for room service just to bring a butter knife. For every thing the staff would make us wait 20 mins. Had multiple arguments with the hotel management. The breakfast was tasteless to another level and took like 40 mins to serve to the room. On reordering some stuff because the quantity was so less they said kitchen is closed for order now. Had to struggle there as well. The property and rooms were clean and beautiful but what is the use when the management is not well co-ordinated. They made us wait for 30mins for checkin and checkout. Not worth spending. They commit something on phone and don’t take the responsibility when we reach there.
