I had a vry bad experience with this clinic from the 1st day when I took an appointment they messed up and wasted my time 1st they messed with giving me the proper address and also I was trying to co-ordinate with them but they were least bothered after visiting the clinic after waiting almost 45mins for the doctor to come mine was 1st appointment still they have sent other patients whose appointment was after me... and have came after me wherein I had travelled from bhayander to Dahisar...which I why I just left from their as did not like the ways things was going on...bcoz of this experience when I mentioned bad feedback they called me and did not charge me for consultation,and requested me to remove the bad review, then again 2nd time they are behaving unprofessional, wherein they were having some discount so I called and checked with them they said depending on your age you get 50% discount, so I asked what is the discount I can get...they are just asking me to visit clinic, I asked them if they can let me know they said Ill have to visit the clinic then I asked will the doctor charge me again she said no if i take the treatment there and then...if not then have to pay the fees...how can one take the treatment immediately, so I said atleast give me an idea how much it may charge for treatment,the staff is messaging me stating that they dont keep any records, which is just a lie, coz when doctor was consulting the treatment to me she have written everything in a paper when I asked her whether I can get that paper she said no coz they need for their records, and she have made a different paper and gave it to me and kept the original paper with her, so how come they say they dont have the records,this is just not good...its a vry vry bad experience...guys this is not a story this is the fact happened....

I had gone thru an laser tattoo removal from. Dr. Nupur. the laser frequency she used was so low that there was 0% of result had seen and during my last trip to southafrica I shown the frequency to the dermatologist for the refrence she Literally laughed at me stating that more frequency is used for first sitting.Imagine paying 4500 rupees and no result. I dont recommend this place as the charges are high with low result.

Worst experience Im kajal . I was treated for my skin treatment in your tavcha clinic..I was taken 1st sitting treatment for scars and bringing my skin got worse and very dark after 3 days.. removed scabze than my chick area is too much dark for 15/20 days after the treatment...so Im not happy and setisfied this treatment...very poor services and not professional doctor in Tvacha clinic.. So very bad experience...
