Bought 2 sarees from the store , beautiful but not worth . First of all they dont do quality check before handing over to customer . Wasted almost 1 lakh rupees on 2 sarees ,one chanderi saree of their own label and another Kshitij Jalori label Banarasi saree . After sales service is extremely poor . Theyre hardly bothered about complaints.

Had the worst experience. Had gone from overseas to shop for daughters wedding. Though it was a reputed store. Bought anew outfit (obviously not cheap). Gave it for alteration. When opened it after alterations had a big stain on the front and was not altered at all. Sent it back by courier and they refused to do anything about it. Very unprofessional. Would not shop there again and wouldnt recommend.

Great selection of outfits for day and night. Jewellery is also extremely interesting with gorgeous statement pieces. Been shopping here for 30 years and never fails to please

Hi its good pl to buy cloth very good customer service when u buy but after u buy very garbage customer service i bought manish malhotra dress this store delivered dress in small ups bags without any garment bag just put 225000 rs dress in plastic baga so i called store spoke with neha she told me she gonna take care but she didnot i call may be 50 times all the times i get different answer finally they take care but i give them one star for customer service after u pay them money
