Bought 1:200 C130 in Sept 2020. It arrived damaged. Asked for replacement, said it was courier issue and not his fault. Said he will file a case with courier, then kept silent. Asked him again in Dec 2020 said need time and then asked me to send back or 50% refund. Sent him back it on 11 Dec 2020. Not giving refund says not possible (according to him its the couriers fault) and says rebate will be given in next purchase. Its March 2021, Rebate also not showing in my account. Very bad experience.
