One of the WORST shops in Bandra. Most shocking behaviour on the part of the Owner, he doesn’t know how to talk to a young girl. Absolutely disgusting attitude.I was given a defected 2meters of leather that was separated from the joints and scratched at places. I had gone to have it exchanged but instead was spoken to very atrociously and insulted by the owner, who ultimately threw the money at me and told me to GET LOST, while I had been nothing but polite and a very regular customer for years. He recognised me from the day before when he’d handed over the defected material to me, hence he knew exactly how much it costed and how long it was.I would never advice to get anything from here since this isn’t the only shop in Mumbai where you can get such materials. Loss do better and cheaper shops all over Malad and Andheri.The prices are hiked due to the it being the go to place for years. The prices are not fixed, every time you go they will differ depending on how you are dressed and who you deal with. The sales people and owner don’t wear masks too and cough openly.Any form of courtesy and decency is miles away from their behaviour. Do look for more favourable options rather than going to the age old CHEAP JACK ( Something Special) which isn’t ‘cheap’ or ‘special’ anymore.

This place is now called HIDDEN TREASURE. Only if I could I would give no stars but 🤷🏻‍♀️. So to start off with, the people are really rude and keep staring at you, as if you entered to loot the place and not actually buy. Their prices keep changing within days and then deny about the price change. The prices are all made up & expensive and Im sure its different for everyone. P.S. Do not trust the staff who work there.

Good place to buy fancy laces, motifs, buttons, threads and other accessories for clothes and many other party stuff under one roof..Only Backdrops* Prices higher than regular market rate.* No Parking.* Traffic in peak hours.

I got my stuff easily on reasonable rates . Issue only for the parking

This is a hub for everything in design, Buttons, Ribbins, antiques, all traditional and culture items .. if you cant find anything for ur creative do visit this place.. youll feel like ur in a house of antiques..

The person on the main counter has a terrible attitude. I would never go to the man’s shop again. First of all the products are expensive and most of them are so old and worn out. And on top of that the attitude is pathetic. Does not even deserve one star.

The store has an amazing range of products. The staff though is very disappointing and seem lazy. Slightly overpriced but youll find youre art needs here.

Good for knick knacks. Ignore the bad service, just enjoy the amazing stuff they have

Interesting place. Great choice for items required for parties and events. Quality is good. Rates are reasonable though not discounted. A bit congested in case you wish to choose quickly and move out. Staff is courteous and reasonably helpful. On the main road in Bandra. Overall a good experience.

Good place for the female crowd to buy thread needles etc. Upstairs is mini mall entry from the road.

I have no words. Had a super duper bar experience with them. They are rude...and theres this uncle Akbar who will never listen to what u have to say...I asked for satin ribbon. The product provided was something else and old and they dont even give u a proper bill. They look at you and give prices.While the place has a lot of stuff..we never ever going there again.

This place is amazing for professional or beginner art and craft lovers, you get almost everything out here. I was looking for skeleton leaf couldnt find it anywhere else and here I found a perfect bunch of skeleton leaves in beautiful colors. They also have canvas roll, canvas boards, fancy badges, decorations , acrylic colors any shade you will find it here. They keep all kinds of beautiful buttons, laces, neck designs, accessories etc etc... So explore your imagination and come here to find those perfect materials to execute it.

While they have a huge variety of beads, laces etc and u can probably find what you need, they really need to check their attitude. The staffs behaviour is quite high handed. They dont allow u to check products properly. I removed a pair of tassels from the plastic to check if it was ok and saw that one of the strings was longer than the other. When I checked more pcs of the same tassel to get a pair that was in good condition I was told I cant check. So they expect you to buy their products without checking which really isnt fair. What if its damaged? And their prices are really that low either. ...so buy at ur own risk

Good place for party items, decor & small gifts.

Good variety of beads and laces. The owners seem ok but rude staff. They dont really attend to you if you arent a regular and they dont let you check packed things for damage. Theyll throw attituDe. Nothing special about the staff here.
