Booked a house in 2017 & the possession was to given by the builder was oct-19 ....its Nov 2020 & still they are giving us possession ...as the builder is giving us lockdown reasons & is now started to give us dates on dates , but the said possession was before lockdown ...we are completely fedup with the builders casual behaviour..would not recommend to anyone not even capable to rate even a single star .. pathetic!!

Totally opposite with there tag line commitment is commitment.I have signed the Buyer’s Agreement (for prabhat darshan)with shivalik ventures pvt Ltd on 16/08/2019. It was a commitment by the company that possession will be handed over in October 2019. Thereafter, it was told that by the end of December 2019, the possession will be given. However, the possession of the flat was never delivered even after the expiry of the extension date.I am sorry to say but the company has failed to keep its commitment and has lost the customers faith as it has delayed the possession of the said unit innumerable times and there seems to be no deadline to this project. I have paid all due and paying interest on it every month to the bank which is causing me a substantial financial burden.

These folks (with all due respects to the management) arent aware of Target Group Classification and a reach out initiative. Their project is excellent though.

Visited here for SRA project enquiry about golibar santacruz east 4th road. Mr.ganesh from this office and Mr.pankaj from shivalik ventures versova office assured us we will be getting home in same area and its in SRA building. Hoping for the best ( 6 months ago)Revisited golibar santacruz east 4th road just yesterday but there is no progress some homes r already demolished and some homes still not demolished..its been 6 months now..dear shivalik ventures kindly act soon to gain publics support.. ..else all people will think same like golibar fish market project.

Shivalik venture is a cheater, he has done so many frauds in SRA project.For instance ,they have taken SRA development golibar road santacruz east project, so many peoples are out of the house since 10 years ,still peoples have not got their house. So be aware
