We are glad to book our second home @ city of music . Nikhil was very helpful and responsive. He explained the whole site and plan to us very well. Even response from head office is very good and queries are taken care of. Speed of completion of work at site is excellent.Most importantly this project is highway touch, one of the boundaries is touching river. So many options for recreation and entertainment. Before doing site visit they will ask you to deposit 11,000 Rupees which felt a bit weird but then when I had conversation with Jyoti Lamba (Staff of Nirvana) her explanation, email confirmation and assistance gave me assurance to go for it and test it out.. although due to some reasons I was not able to buy the property.. but I liked the way the Jyoti and team is committed to their service and refund process which is hassle free..

They are here to just cheat you firstly I made payment after SHIVANI convinced me to visit on assuring on weekdays visit instead of weekends it took almost 3 months to arrange visit till that most of the options were closed. Than I had requested for refund on 3 sept today is 15 sept I havent received my refund. SHIVANI know she is even least bother to attend my call really i am really begging for my hard earned money. I have finally received my refund all because of this review an know there team is contacting me to delete the review . This means you people really agree that u have troubled mme.

We had visited Wada Waterfront Resort, Palghar with our family and children. The location is beautiful. We were given a beautiful bungalow which was comfortable for all of us. The pool and property is fantastic. Thanks to site manager Pravin for all his help and support. All staff are very helpful. Food is excellent. We had a wonderful time over here.

So me and my wife were looking form an investment and looking for a home 🏠 away from home .We got to know about Nirvana and it’s products from Instagram. The Nirvana team got us on board for a site visit and within a few days we had finalised things .We met Kunal at the Site in Wada who showed us around and helped us get our home booked for us. Kunal gave us his uninterrupted time and patiently took us thru the project. We closed this immediately with the on-site Head Sagar and were handed over to Jhanvi.From processing our home loan to getting us to go for design discussions and ensuring our work is on schedule Jhanvi really helped us and is still helping us to ensure our Dream Home comes out to be the best . He explained me the details of Villas at Wada very well, described in detail all the features , nature surroundings and future appreciation in the property very nicely.I visited the actual site at Wada with my family. Its really a nice place for second home and to stay in future.I am thankful to Nirvana Realty for the same.I am specially thankful to Shri Vishal Khair for explaining in detail the project. Well maintained. The best about the Viroha project apart from its openness was Mr. Satish. The site manager was soo helpful and genuinely engaging that you felt at home and at peace immediately. Though a fantastic investment option, especially for a2nd or retirement home, it’s a bit overpriced. Else would have jumped at this amazing location especially with the convenience it has around it.

At first I thought it is fake but after talking to Ms. Shivani Mishra I got so much confidence and decided to invest. Very well made concept and so many amenities are available here. Extremely poor customer service, incorrect information, false commitment.Nirvana Realty has given me a really difficult time. I was told to pay a booking amount to view the property (which is not the case with any property seller), till then they were constantly in touch with me she (Sales Executive) called me everyday with very strong follow up. They took the booking amount of Rs.21000 during Navratri 2020 and once the amount was paid the executive stopped contacting me & I had to chase her to conduct site visit, despite of multiple calls the site visit didnt happen for 1.5 months.I lost interest and felt it was very unprofessional. I had a very hard time in getting my token amount back. After almost 2 month I got my money back. The executive had stopped answering my calls, I had to connect to multiple people to get the refund form, I was promised same day refund whenever I decide to opt out, which is a completely false commitment. It almost took 2 months, multiple calls, chasing different people, lots of hassle and trouble for your own money. I havent seen the property, but I am glad I didnt buy anything from this developer.

Got my refund in like 3 days great people would definitely continue with them if i have any plans for buying second homes... Again thanks for the refund really appreciate it.

Worst Service! No manners to talk to customers. They take money and ignore their customers. Doesnt value and respect the customers. Their way of talking is third class. They dont work on time and avoid their customers. They dont even listen and solve their customers problem. Mannerless, unprofessional, Has no ethics. Service is too bad!

We just completed our registration process yesterday and would like to Thank the Nirvana team for the complete professional guidance. Specially Mr Sagar Chheda, for the perfect negotiation , Ms Reena for the perfect guidance and coordination , Mishita for the Design of our Villa and registration coordination also Ms Renuka (Ghatkopar branch) for giving us initial details.We reside in Andheri and try to getaway from the everyday rush and crowd whenever we can. Keeping that in mind we wanted a second home in a peaceful place with lush greenery around us so We have booked a Villa in Wollywood , Wada. We loved the place the moment we saw it. The ambience and surroundings is so mesmerising and peaceful.and rejoice our decision of booking here. Good place really upset that i missed the opportunity for pool villas in Khopoli waiting for the next site visit at wada, was very happy with the theme of the whole city of music would definitely recommend nirvana.

First i thought its scam, of asking 21k for site visit then after the site visit only i realise it values every penny, got a very great service from the whole nirvana team from car service to food to every house in the wada location, and also they are happy to refund the amount but i m going to book villa at wada and will recommend them if anyone else looking for villas or casa.!

I like their property but due to budget constraints, not going ahead now. As promised they refunded my pre booking in 7 days. I’d definitely invest with them post this covid issue.

Quiet, spacious, luxurious. We are so lucky we invested with nirvana before covid. We spent our whole lockdown in their khopoli project. It was such an amazing experience to have locked down in a gated township with wifi, 24X7 food availability, access to the river. We used to do our zoom calls by the riverside. Now that i’m back to Mumbai.. I hate being in our andheri flat. :(

Made a visit to their dahanu property! It was absolutely awesome but couldnt proceed due to financial reasons well i was charged 11000 as a preblocking amount but got refunded in 4 days their staff Jeet Mehta was really co-operative through out theprocess will surely get back to them once my issues get settled

I request each n everyone...pls dnt waste ur money into any of the project of Nirvana these people hv no value for time n money... initally they ask for a money just to see the site 11000-/.... Later they asked me booking amt 1,00,000-/ which is non refundable...also their banks ask bribes of 50,000... Later they told me ur papes r not upto the mark ur loan process cant be done... Also ur booking amout is non refundable...it took me total 6 months to get my money back that to after requesting them for my own money... They just gave me 75000 back... Specially the Manager Sagar Chedda... He is chor who just take all money of peoples and never answer any calls I hv been in the Nirvana office for many times then I got my money back... Pls dnt invest in thier projects.

Nirvana executive are in touch with me for their Wada property, but first time in the history of any property developers, I have seen demanding money for site visit, even I am willing to travel 200 km putting my money, but still they say that its thier company policy that , they need a preboking amount before even showing thier propertyI see it as a big scam going on, guys please stay away from these developer

Amazing service got a pick and drop from my home to sote and site to home.. and was not going forward with the booking so i got my refund also will definitely go with them in future if i have to buy property.

I was asked to pay a sum of 5000 rs just for the site visit which was very unusual to begin with. I was told that this amount wud be adjusted if I buy to property or else it wil be refunded back. mr. Amar jagtap was the executive who used the catch phrase marathi mansavar bharosa theva. I was interested in the property but after lengthy negotiation which went on for couple of days we couldnt come to a common ground. so then I was asked to mail random people for refund which was useless. upon calling him back multiple times he just never received my single call or messaged me. imagine the level of unprofessionalism in the age of internet. I am 100 percent sure that after this if they get back to me they will give me an excuse of too much workload etc. but it takes a min to reply someone. I am so glad I saved my 30 lacs+ by not buying anything from them. just for 5000 if they can avoid me you can imagine what they wud have done if I had paid them full booking amount. payment receipt I have attached for your viewing pleasure.

This is a big scam. In the history they are the first developers to ask ₹21,000 to see the site! 🤣Absolutely pathetic people. I wish I could give them no star in the review. Avoid this scam & fraud guys absolutely. Most stupid and pathetic sales managers they have!Edited: I have been to projects of Lodha, Raheja,Kalpataru, Wadhwa, Dosti who are actually a real estate brand and none have taken any EOI ever for a site visit. You are the only pioneer in this industry who got this new way of actually making fortune with ₹21,000/-.
