Pathetic customer service !!! Pathetic after service!!!! I had gone to get my harmonium repaired as the keys and bellow were quiet old and it was not in a good condition.. after around one and a half months of playing I got to understand that the harmonium did not sound correct and today i.e 31st of January 2021, I took back the harmonium to siddhi vinayak branch and I was told that the harmonium is working fine... I told the person who attended us that I think that it does not sound correct..on me insisting him to check...he got his tuner and on checking he told that there is a difference of half a note... at first he refused to accept that the harmonium did not sound correct...secondly he told that they will charge Rs 2500 as the harmonium was not standardized...I told him as I had given the harmonium to be fixed completely for which they had charged me Rs 9000, they should have done the standardization at the time of repairing...now when we approached them that its not sounding correctly...its then that they are saying that it will be chargeable and that I will have to bear the cost. I just want to know why I was not told at first instance only that this is the problem and it will add an extra cost of Rs 2500... I do not mind paying Rs 2500 extra to get it repaired but the only thing that made me furious is that the old person who attended us was adamant that its was not their mistake and that it was my fault that I did not tell him to standardize the instrument. Does repairing does not mean standardizing as well? Does repairing does not mean that the instrument should be repaired in such a way that it should sound correctly???If this is the way you treat your customers then I am sorry to say that you will loose your brand name pretty soon.The one ⭐ which I have given Is also because without any star you can not post your feedback...Had I got chance, I would not have given any start at all. Hope my grievance will be acknowledged and acted upon.

😡😡My guitar strings were buzzing. So i went to this shop and told him about the situation. He told it will take 500 rs to check all screw and strings. It was expensive so , Later i went to Soundmonk, where the guy told me to buy allen key and you can adjust yourself. I did the thing at home and it worked! I am angry bcz just to adjust one screw he was taking 500 bugs from me, and this is how they fool customers😡. And everytime I go to this shop, his face is grinned. Worst services

Well arranged shop.

I went here to buy a keyboard. The sales man was the most disinterested and boring piece in the shop. He was very unwelcoming and had a look on his face which said not to bother him. For him the most ignored item in the shop was the customer. He in fact advised me to buy product from Soundmonk and leave him alone. These kind of staff members will ensure that this vintage institution will one day shut down. Too bad and extremely disappointing!

The sales guy simply tells you (in hindi) lena hai lo , warna niklo! means if u want, take or else leave!Had beem in the shop to buy set 2 sets of strings n guitar picks, it was ₹ 850 , i gave my debit card, owner says only card for transaction above ₹1000, so asked him whra the atm, says jus2 mins.it was almost a good 7 min walk, whn i returned to the shop , handed the cash, i said , every one accepts card or paytm, you should too, , the sales guy rudely replys in front of other customers, if you want take or leave, we want cash only, jus so rude! I Jus took my money and walked off.They dont value their customers. Worst musical instrument store in Mumbai!

I am playing string instruments for more than 17 years and have rare instrument in my collection. I bought Santoor & Sitar from here however both instruments started mistuning while playing on frequent basis. (The issue started just after 3 months of purchase.) I took the both instruments again to the shop and the person asked me to take the instrument to their other shop in Girgaon. They did the repairing with heavy charges and not even informed about charges before doing anything. While purchasing I was informed that the instruments has 1 year warranty. But when I asked about warranty, the people refused and said there is no warranty for string instrument. I have purchased many instruments from other dealers and have got good service from them but this is the first time I purchased from here and got very bad service.Also the instrument cost is high as compared to the quality.

It is a very good shop for musical instruments but sadly poor customer care service.The person in the shop happened to tell me that display instrument strings corrode in less than a year so he didnt accept my complain about rusting of Tanpura strings

Needs to focus on customers replies to them at times as if hes doing a favour. Was going to order for a pakhwaj but thank to the way sales guy spoke didnt order from there.
