I received a call from two unprofessional ladies, i.e. Aliya and Vishwa at 21.00 hours. When I reminded them the time, they made fun of it. Pathetic customer approach.

These guys promise moon and deliver rock.MICL Mira Road has been projected as Dahisar. Houses are small. Project Delivery dates are falsely communicated whereas on Maharera site its written completely different.Moreover, their telesales team will call you hundreds of time each month even when you tell each ine of them that you are not interested in their shabby projects.I Had given EOI cheque then cancelled.

After having visits over many projects in western line, I have finally ended up my search with MICL Aaradhya High park. Rather than writing here much details I would urge the flat buyers to visit the site and experience the professionalism and services. Its a well driven organization with quality of work which is being visible at all stages. The leadership and management has focus on all the areas and address your requirements to the extent as required.Key USP are location of flat and On time delivery which many big brands couldnt do in past and present.

Services & Possession before time is excellent

You will get the best construction quality and designs in MICL group. I was really shocked to know that each and every project delivered by MICL group is minimum 3-4 months prior to the possession date.Really appreciate their commitment to their project and very happy to own a flat in one of their prestigious and amazing property.

Project is not in dahisar as mentioned. Its in miraroad. Way after dahisar check naka. Peoject is seems to be nice but for 1bhk that much I dont think so.Even on top of that when you go for site visit they are literally forcing you to pay EOI. This is rubbish. I went with some random channel partner. Literally have to make my way out of the office. Again I am saying project seems to be very nice......but I will not go for it after eoi incident. Channel partner were very cheese.

Well recently i had purchase 2 BHK apartment in one of their project called Aaradhya Residency at ghatkopar west and i must tell you that right from the first call to the handover of the apartment the process was flawless...Definitely recommending it...to others who are looking out for a property buying...

All their projects are delivered before commitment date. I have visited all their projects which are in Ghatkopar. Amazing quality work. The up coming project in Ghatkopar East is one of the best project of Ghatkopar.
